She's a poet, ghost writer of songs, business expert, seminar star, and has her own perfume line, and can perform miracles. She just couldn't "speak into existence" twin babies. :facepalm:

She had 271 podcasts on iTunes under the title "Speak Into Existence With René Reyes," where she refers to herself as an award-winning ghost songwriter, poet laureate and empowerment speaker.

She is "one of the most sincere and kindest women you will ever meet. Her biggest downfall would be trying to help others, even those who later may show not to deserve it," her website boasts.

It's fascinating how many schemes and dreams this woman had going on.

Online, however, D'Milian portrayed herself as a "masterful genius behind so many ventures" with a music and speaking career and a published book called "Speak Into Existence: Affirmations For Success."

"In 2013, she helped sponsor "Leadership Success Summit" and spoke for 30 minutes on the subject of success, going over time and receiving praise from the crowd, said Lisa Marie Platske, who plans the annual event."

"Though D'Milian, whom Platske knew as Reyes, claimed to receive the "Most Excellent Speaker Award" in 2013, Platske said that award doesn't exist..."

I'm curious about the man in the wanted poster, Anthony McCall, 29, most likely responsible for shooting three people in Baby Eliza's family, and beating a woman with a baseball bat trying to kill her to get her baby. He'll be facing serious charges in Baby Eliza's death. What brought him to do D'Milian's dirty work to get her some babies?

Anthony McCall doesn't seem to have a serious violent criminal background. There were two civil suits in Carlsbad and three in Riverside county against him all relating to housing issues and unpaid rent. There was one traffic citation. He owed money, yes, but not huge sums. In one civil suit he mentioned that he had become unemployed on April 1, 2014.

Oh boy, he's in deep $##t now.

The way this case (and a couple of others) turned out may finally get through to my brain that just because a particular scenario is very, very unlikely and much hinkiness points to suspicions going in a different, more likely direction, it is not impossible that the unlikely scenario is what did happen.

In this case, my thinking was, 'It very, very unlikely that a homicidal stranger would enter a home, somehow knowing there was a newborn there, shoot at everyone but only seriously wound two of them, steal a baby, kill it, and drive it to an obscure place 100 miles away to hide the body. So that didn't happen.' How wrong could I be?

I would certainly hope he is in deep $##t now. Baby Eliza was absolutely precious.

My son and I were talking about this case this evening and he mentioned that McCall may have taken Eliza's body to Imperial Beach because, to people in San Diego, it would be pretty much the opposite area to Oceanside, where he lived -- South County versus North County. There's a difference around here -- not that we don't associate, but we kind of don't. Imperial Beach is 50 miles south of Oceanside; it's even south of the City of San Diego and of the Bay. Oceanside is way north of the City of San Diego and of the Bay.

D’Milian targeted Delacruz’s family after finding them through connections related to the charitable organization, police said, and on Jan. 3 followed through with the violent plan.

After the arrests were announced Wednesday evening, Delacruz’s grandmother thanked investigators.

“They did a great job. I think I will be grateful forever,” Guadalupe Lechuga said. “Justice had to be made because of the little angel.”

“She fabricated a story and wanted him to believe these children were his. Why? We don’t know. We’re not sure what the motivation was,” said Long Beach Lt. Lloyd Cox, the Associated Press reported.

The boyfriend, who was not identified, was not considered a suspect and was cooperating with the investigation, police said.

She does sound delusional in her narcissism. Do you think that may help her get a mental defense when this goes to trial? For now, I hope they increase her bail amount or not give her a chance to be out on bail. Nothing would stop her from some new dangerous scheme. Whether delusional or not, she's the one who directed the violence, shooting, and killing. She reminds me of Charlie Manson.

I don't see why his name shouldn't be released either. There is no special protection for "married boyfriends" of accused killers, as far as I can tell.
