check in with what YOU are actually feeling while watching

. NOtice mom and dad competly escalating scene(same with med exapmple).

Again, be in tune with what is going on for YOU. Imagine years of this, and imagine others events more intense.

If you really want to expericne it turn your volume up just a bit.

Asperger's Daily meltdown !!! must watch. - YouTube

Now, my bet is this mom has gone to therapy!:
A
four year old with aspergers syndrom and part of a meltdown (note fixation and repetitve language) - YouTube

What neighbor described: “He was so emotional with like water faucets coming out down in his cheeks for half an hour.
any difference between the videos and what others expericne with ER?

it's always the formal "mother and father: Inability to develop or feel and authentic atachment to anything in theirs....its an inabilty not a fault.........

The crazed killer who murdered six in a quiet California university town is believed to have used a machete and hammer to slaughter his first three victims in an apartment he planned to turn into a “personal torture and killing chamber”.

Two machetes, a hammer and a knife, were among the items removed from the ground floor corner apartment they shared behind a row of palm trees at the Capri complex in Isla Vista.

Is that a Benz? Seems like to me, that a Benz would be equal to a Beamer. But then again, I am not a 22yo male. ;)

It looks like the Mercedes ML350 SUV and IIRC, it was his Dad's car. He wanted to use it for the massacre because it could take down more people.

Depending on who you ask ;) Mercedes and BMW (although both are German made) are totally different cars. They drive differently; and IMHO, the Mercedes are more luxury and BMW more sporty, even in their top of the line luxury 700 series. Love the luxury. Just sayin.

IMO at this point I still believe he had a Personality Disorder. I think he was good at his game. Conned Therapists, Parents, anyone he had something to gain from. His manifesto was interesting to say the least. I sure would love to hear what evil acts he inflicted on others. Starting from childhood. Just my read for now.

I would guess he has Narcissistic, Obsessive Compulsive (not to be confused with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), Schizotypal Personality Disorder.

Even at a very young age he showed a sense of entitlement. At one of his early his early birthday parties, whoever cut the cake gave someone else the first piece...and it was HIS birthday, and he should have gotten the first piece

I did look at his youtube postings, but they bored me to tears....That same old monotone voice OMG I could not listen very long.

This article explains it perfectly.

Speaking in a monotonous voice is a real communication killer. When the variety of your voice’s pitch doesn’t vary, it’s impossible for your listener to maintain any interest in what you’re saying. He tunes out – quickly. Once again, your message falls by the wayside.

But even if he did hear it, he probably wouldn’t believe it. People who speak in a monotone or with inappropriate expression in their voices are perceived as untrustworthy, boring, or even shifty.

I didn't watch any of the youtube videos. The manifesto told me all I needed to know about ER.

that was horribly painful to watch. i have so many mixed emotions/thoughts.

the fit the girl was throwing is very close to the fits i have seen my daughter's [ex] friend throw. the one who is getting no help and her parents think she is just a spoiled brat (said to me in so many words).

OMG!! He was their only child!! My heart hurts. R.I.P. W"D"W! Many prayers being sent to his parents!

I know. They all are so broken right now. And to die in such a horrific terrifying manner. My gawd :tantrum: Yes Prayers :please:

All 3 may have been only children. Were they all from China or were they born here ?
I was just thinking about the one child rule in China.

All posts are my opinion only. Sent via Tapatalk

So the guns were purchased with $5000 pocket money sent to ER by his parents and grandparents. Was his entire lifestyle supported by his parents? Tuition? Rent? Insurance, clothes, food, etc? Did he have a job of any kind?

And bright young men with futures :banghead: Until Elliot came along :tantrum:

Hi LM
Believe me I probably wouldn't have watched either, but the manifesto wasn't public knowledge when this first happened, only these youtube postings. I even skipped through a lot of the manifesto because it, like his voice bored me to tears ! ZZZZZZZZZ

I simply cannot imagine. I grew tired just listening for a minute. In the first video,The mom and dad didn't seem to help much to diffuse the situation, but I can imagine they are just very tired of the behavior on a constant basis. The second video, the mom was very comforting.

Interesting to know that it is always the formal reference to the parents. It makes sense that it is an inability and not a fault too. Thanks!

Yup!!!

His first 'job' was helping out his dad's friend build a spiral staircase that lasted for 3 weeks. His second job was what he called a "menial custodial job" that involved cleaning. He was apparently so beneath that job that he only lasted a day.

The content of Rodger's posts caused alarm not only for the outright threats but also the way he spoke of women. One of the videos posted on Reddit spurred commentors to question Rodger's sanity.

"If this isn't a troll, then I bet we find out this guy is a serial killer. I'm getting a strong Patrick Bateman vibe from him," one commentor wrote six days ago.

":( we should have warned the police," another responded after news of the rampage broke.
