Bill Handel just stated on the air that the perp ran a stop sign (or red light) and that's what helped to alert LE. Wow.

I'm in Anaheim caring for my mom after surgery, and saw the alert on tv last night. Saw the updates this morning and now have KTLA on. I hope he releases the other two boys. This is surreal to watch
