This article states that her mother is a registered sex offender. This whole situation is mind boggling.

Sure makes you wonder about her two older sisters and where they are. Maybe they have a different Mom and have a great, loving home. (Dad stated Trinity is his youngest of 3 girls in his video.)
 
Graham and Hunt are each held on a $2 million bond. Hunt is scheduled for his first court appearance on Tuesday.

The county maintenance worker, who asked not to be identified, spoke on Monday, but the interview did not last long. The emotions were too much.

"We started trimming the trees a little bit down the trail, and then we glanced to the left because we started picking up the trash, and we noticed a black duffel bag," the worker said. "And then we seen the little girl's head, but at that point, we thought it was a little boy because you couldn't really see, like, everything. She was covered up with grass, like the bush was kind of covering her hair, and then she was wrapped up in a blanket, and she was stuffed in a duffel bag," he said.

Fighting back tears, he said although witnessing the scene was excruciating, her face appeared peaceful, as though she was sleeping.

This poor little girl was failed by EVERYONE. How horrible to have to think she is better off now than she would be alive. Her entire existence with these two (alleged) monsters must have been a living nightmare.
I’m so sorry, little Trinity. You deserved so much more than this.
 
I'm starting to think that the family member who was a dna match was the mother.
Boyfriend was arrested on Sat. Sun we were told that Trinity was identified.
I think Mom went to LE, Thurs or Fri.
Or if Mom has a felony and her dna is in the system Trinitys dna could have been a familial match.

Trinity is the mom’s only child. Dad has 2 other daughters with other women. Mom’s sister has been posting on Facebook about how Trinity was her first niece and she loved her like a daughter.

Mom’s sisters’ posts have been breaking my heart. All the photos of Trinity and her two daughters in matching clothes. Trinity was definitely loved, but in the wrong hands. Another cruel reminder that sometimes children aren’t even safe in their own mothers care.

Where was she while the mother was in prison for 7 years? Where was dad this whole time? Better go sit on my hands. Poor precious child :(

Trinity was just 9, so likely born in 2010, or possibly the latter part of 2009, if she would have been 10 later this year. Did the mother go to prison already pregnant? Did she give birth to Trinity while incarcerated? Did she go to prison when Trinity was a newborn?

If she was in prison until 2016, who raised Trinity for most of her life? Why was the mother able to regain custody upon her release from prison?
 
Because the default in most states is that the mere fact of being in prison doesn't terminate your parental rights. Which makes sense when they're talking about a year in jail for possessing a couple of joints. In this case--if it's true, OMG.
