Personally, I'm trying to figure out how a sword sets off an alarm if its just hanging there?

I was trying to figure out if that's what he meant, the sword was setting off the alarm, or he brought the sword in and tucked it under the mattress for protection because he thought a person who was trying to break in was setting off the alarm! How can someone give so many details but be so vague at the same time?

It was the same with the closet/garage explanation of where he kept the sword, it was like all one sentence and I couldn't figure out if he was saying he kept it in a closet, in the garage or in a closet in the garage!

Hey everyone~I have FINALLY read all the posts on this forum... WHEW...I have lots of questions about FF, but the one driving me nuts right now is: didn't ya'll figure out his parents names?

Reason for asking~ya'll were wondering about his income, and I found a document about a trust for the ROSS family, and want to make sure it 'could be' his family...but I couldn't find the post talking about his parents names.

you make perfect sense.... it's because both JC and LR have at least 2-3 versions of each item in this case . No wonder media, the public, LE and FBI are lookin at them funny. Little Man was a sweetie for sure .... LR and JC WHAT HAVE YOU 2 DONE ?????

I heard Ross say that Hasanni played the violin a couple times and that he wanted to buy Hasanni a piano in the future. He referred to HIS (Ross') music room and I think he said something about drums. Not remembering his over explanations too well right now. :waitasec:

In an earlier thread there was research about his family and not much was found. If I remember correctly, it might be that his dad was in the service and fought in Viet Nam. I think he passed away. Sorry, that's all I remember. Where was the trust drawn up and by whom? Louis Welton Ross, born 07/01/71 Thanks in advance (TIA)

It talks about a trust set up for the Louis Ross Family(the trust owns land in CA and there is a gas station on it that the trust now runs) It is located in Lynwood,CA. (not sure where that is...) The lawyers petitioned for UHAUL to be responsible for some kind of 'water cleanup', I'm assuming from the gas station.

On page six it lists the parents and death dates- I haven't had a chance to get much further than that.

Yes I lived next door to JC, her mom and Shemika in San Francisco. I babysat them. I am not sure what school she went to I was OLDER than her. We lived off Broderick st. This was back in the early to mid 80's I moved from my moms house in 90 but still visited. The 3rd daughter Trinity I only remember from what my mom told me. In fact I thought she was a different race. My heart goes out to that little ANGLE HASANNI for I have 7 kids (sometimes I would like to :slap: some of the older ones) but i would :bang::whipper: anyone including hubby (not that he would) who would hurt them.

I'm curious, since you knew Shemika as a youngster - have you seen the video of her interview? I am just curious as to how much her behaviour (word slurring, etc) is her CP and how much is from later life (possibly drugs or physical abuse)?

Sorry, I have no clue about trusts, the language, the maps, and I don't know if this is even the right Ross family. We need one of our more advanced sleuthers to look at the doc and dates to see if it is relevant. Thanks for researching it. If I see one of the researchers come on - I will direct him/her your way.

Well she really looks EXACTLY the same as back then (even the hair to the speech). They did have a tough life not to make any excuses but Shemika she always had problems. I know she had to be 4-6 she was still wearing diapers. But I know there was also drug issues. Jennifer helped watch her for her mom a lot I helped sometimes when she was gone longer periods. I always seen Jennifer walking home by herself very sweet shy girl..Pam her mom was a very sweet frail person. I do believe Pam was on drugs (heck we lived near HAIGHT ST) but took care of them the best she could.

If he told then initially of the existence of this decorative sword, I wouldn't think it would make much sense that they labeled the search warrant sword 'or cutting instrument.' Dingle ball says that they took no knives so wouldn't you be able to assume they were looking for some sort of cutting insrtument other than knives or that sword?

heck I don't know, a scalpel????

Maybe they were looking for a cutting instument consistent with some evidence they found indicating foul play and the sword just didn't 'cut it.'

Sorry In all honesty I personally never seen JC be mean to her sister. Shemika didn't talk much at all. I used to feel so bad for her. I just hope there can be an end soon..

I Agree 100,000%... I do believe everything happens for a reason its just harder to deal with when its a child. I want to be wrong but it is was it is... I believe also that she was either mentally or physically abused just how her eye & body movements are when she's around LR I have been there and done that...never again But then again we weren't raised the same.

Shutter I bet in the beginning they asked JC if Dingle Ball had any weapons,
Probably ask them both. Being they are so good at 2 versions of the same story, JC may have said yes he has is a Chinesse Sword, then if he failed to mention it, they for sure would put that on the warrent. Calling it a "cutting instrument" was prob just done to cover anything else they may have come across.

The fact that they didn't take it ( not on search warrent return )
but, LR says he gave it to them, that is what is interesing. :waitasec:

Plus when they do serve a warrent, The person is usually made to leave the premissis. LE would not have Dingle Ball running around the house retrieving items for them. It doesn't work that way. Remember if LR's lips are moving ................

Thanks for answering those questions, Merimer. I think the folks on the astros thread were wondering what JC's birthday was. I don't follow that thread closely, and I usually glaze over on all the e-stalking posts (sorry, guys), but I don't know if anyone ever confirmed JC's and Shemika's birthdays.

You wouldn't happen to remember, would you?

I cant.. but my mother is going to call a friend in the morning and try to get the B-days.. I will work on it on my end. I know that they say she is 30 that would make me 8 years older and for some reason I remember being around 16 and I thought she was around 11 but that would make her older, but I could be wrong.
