I have Allied and when I'm late they just stop picking up my trash. Once, when I was unemployed, I was really late. I had been out of town for a week and then put my trash can out, hoping they would take my trash. Well, they took my trash AND my trash can. It took a few weeks before I got a new trashcan...

Lol!! (I mean, unfortunate, but also funny....)

I thought those 2 icons were a roll of toilet paper and a box of kleenex! I sure wasn't gonna get involved with them. Just goes to show, perception is everything.

Even more lol! I love you guys - even in the midst of a sad, frustrating thread you can brighten my day. :blowkiss:

If you are late on your account then the driver gets a tag to not pick up at that address and to collect the can if need be (same as if an account is turned off for a move). If months later someone starts putting out cans it is likely they would just be picked up until something caught accountings attention (like an extra bag they need to bill for).

So we are back where we started on the trash issue! It sounds like LR must have been disposing of it himself.

And if we follow that back, and wonder about Hasanni, then possibly Hasanni's been "recycled" such a long time ago that no one would find his body at the trash drop off place. How low could LR go? (Rhetorical question!)

1. LE said Hasanni was never at Shuz - they know that for a fact!

2. LE charged Ross with murder and Jennifer with accessory after the fact

3. LE arrested Jennifer and Ross with the hope that one would give some incriminating information.

4. The entire scenario leads to the probability that Hasanni was murdered but LE are unable to make the link to Ross (unable to prove it).

5. LE quit searching for little guy Hasanni

6. Does LE Have a piece of evidence that Hasanni will never be found?
Ross appears overly confident little Hasanni will never be found - not worried at all

7. With the above in mind - where would Ross have put Hasanni's body that it could never be found or retrieved???? Any suggestions? TIA

A dumpster which would be emptied into a garbage truck which would be emptied at a landfill? MOO

A dumpster which would be emptied into a garbage truck which would be emptied at a landfill? MOO

If that's correct (*sigh*) there are a few opportunities for trash removal people to see something - dumpster/trash can to truck, truck to landfill.... Although it's also possible that if he were hidden in a bag or suitcase, that no-one would see a limb dangling out or whatever (yikes, this is so hard to type out!)

Were there any overhead pictures of the trash dump LR would use? A lot of those places have an area where you back up your vehicle, chuck the stuff over the edge into a deep hole, and there are compactors that squish the trash together (ok, that's my limited experience of actually going to the trash place with my dad yeeeeeears ago!). As long as the dumped trash was just compacted instead of continuously turned over or moved, a body could go unnoticed.

But yeah, LR is playing this so cool that either
*he is innocent,
*he really thinks he's innocent, or
*he's done a really good job hiding/disposing of Hasanni and reckons he has nothing to worry about.

I don't know which one he would use, but I know of at least one like the type you describe here in the Bay Area--where you back your vehicle up to a huge deep hole, chuck the garbage in, and tractors run over it and compact it all day. It's Davis Street Waste Management --it's in San Leandro, which is right next door to Oakland....off I-880 (the Nimitz)

Popping in to apologize for not getting back to you all yesterday! :blowkiss:

I'm still soooooo worried about our little guy & why he hasn't been found yet. I was so hoping that he would be found by now!

I wanted to let you all know that I started tomorrow's curent thread early, due to an eyelid infection in both of my eyes. While at my grandson's house I rubbed my eyes cause they were blurry & irritated not realizing they were swollen. :banghead:
Waited till this morning & headed to the ER (since I've had 5 eyelid surgeries over the last 28yrs from thyroid eye disease) since my lids were more swollen & in pain. I have a bacterial infection called Blephritis!

Sorry off topic.....I wanted to explain why I started the current thread early, & there is one new article which I have posted in it already!

Going to go back & read to catch back up with you all......you've all been very busy I see....sorta see :sleuth: ! Going to read as much as my eyes can handle & will have to stop.

I really am :prayer:ing that :sponge: helps lead someone to our little guy!
:sponge: needs to get him to whisper a bit louder so he can be found.

I thank all of you who haven't forgotten about our little guy & hope that you all have had a wonderful holiday weekend with your family. :blowkiss:
I spent mine in bed today though I had a blast with my grandson yesterday even with my lovely swollen eyes. :floorlaugh:

:praying: For Hasanni!

Columbo - from the Roxie Terrace address it is 15.8 miles with 12 miles on I-880 toward Oakland. It takes about 24 minutes from Roxie Terrace. What's left, is to go through all the land fills and I can't imagine how LE would ever do that. Unless he was seen dumping and can be ID's at a particular place, you're right, Hasanni will never be found if put in a land fill. this entire case just makes me sick!!

Angel - wishing you a speedy recovery. :blowkiss:

Did the junkyard witness tell LE he saw HC on the morning of the 10th? It appears only LE & the junkyard man know that answer.

If he was last seen at WalMart on the 6th at 8:30pm, that give them up to 3 days to come up with a secret location (if they did harm him between the 6th to the 9th.)

On the spur of the moment I'd say Coyote Hill Rec. Park.
If we knew where he did his banking, that would be my 2nd choice. Somewhere along the route to the bank.

I know Redwood Regional & that would be my 1st choice if I was going to dispose of a body. We don't know if they followed the Hans Reiser case. That's where he buried Nina. It was publicized that she wouldn't have been found had Hans not told LE. RRP has long, dusty trails & sharp drop offs into gullys.

LE has all the info and they won't share!

Thanks Paula - Coyote Hill seems like a good suggestion, since I don't live in California, I know very little about it. Ross is way too confident leading me to believe he did something with the body so it will never be found. He's arrogant about this missing child. The land fill mentioned up above is open 'till 5:00pm on Friday, Saturday, and Monday (closed Sunday). If Ross was seen at a land dump he could use the large box from WalMart from Friday night as a reason. He has the receipt and was on camera. To justify the land fill trip - necessary due to no home garbage pick-up (how convenient for him). I really don't believe this beautiful child will be found. He's despicablel!!! Just my thoughts and I hope I'm way off base!

Just to give some ray of hope, landfill body recovery is possible. If LE were to discover what day a body has been put into a landfill, it is easier, but it is not impossible to search landfills and find a body. Landfill searches are grueling work involving a lot of hours, but they are possible and have yielded bodies in the past. So, even if this is what happened (which is only one possibility), it is not entirely a lost cause.

Just wanted to give an update. My wife and I had a long weekend with relative holiday gatherings, but we did manage to make it to the vigil this evening, and I will post a summary of that in the next day or so. A little less turnout than last week according to my wife, but largely the same spirit. (I didn't have as much basis for comparison, but thought it was a generally positive event.) I will post more detail about our experience there when I get the chance.

I also have narrowed down the potential medical assistant programs in the area, and am hoping to finish and post findings tomorrow. I looked at programs in Fremont, Hayward and Union City, just to cover our bases, with the conflicting news reports.

Additionally, I would like to point out that I revisited in more detail the Stanford orientation. From my second read of it, it seems that the orientation does not by any means guarantee a volunteer position. The orientation is informational, where paperwork is dealt with and the program explained in greater depth. From there, there appears to be an interview process, background check, and further vetting of candidates. I found that fairly interesting to realize.

Also, I had wondered how far in advance the orientation had to be RSVPed for. The answer is 24 hours, though I will say that it appeared from the website that orientations filled up several weeks to 2 months in advance. Whether this was the case for that date's orientation, I don't know.

Also, as far as the dumpster/trash scenario, I can see where it would be difficult without leads/witnesses/confession to know where to look for remains. However, I'm wondering if LR would chance that. I can't imagine him dumping and waiting with his fingers crossed, even if a container was used, till it hit the landfill and he was in the clear. I am thinking LR does not like to leave that much up to fate, having the control issues he obviously does.

For her sake, I hope if LR did harm Hasanni, it happened that day (8/10) without JC's knowledge. However, the more I think about it, the more I'm inclined to believe that it happened prior. Had it happened on 8/10, I can't imagine that LR would let JC or other employees be variables w/o JC's influence (what was stopping the other employee from exiting at an inopportune time?). I also think if he had to deal with body disposal, he would have waited to stage this on Tuesday or later to ensure he had covered his bases. However, a postponed staging would necessitate JC's knowledge. But a same-day scenario without her knowledge requires potentially a lot of work in a small number of hours (and apparently, shaky story and all, not too shabby of a job covering up), a window that closes the later the alleged incident took place in the morning or afternoon. All of this together (plus the wonderful reason to "break routine" by running late to the orientation) leads me to lean towards foul play prior to 8/10 and JC's complicity. Of course, this is just my guess, knowing the amount we do.

Just FYI, I was just watching older news footage (I believe from 8/15 or so) where OPD said they had 100 people out at Coyote Hills searching. I believe it's already been officially searched.

I know what you mean about LR's arrogance. But remember criminals rarely admit nervousness, and many think more of themselves (and their "perfect crimes" than they ought to). I'm worried too, but am hoping this is one of those cases where he overestimated himself.

I'm not sure if this has been covered, but KGO (radio) had an older piece where they interviewed Cami Blackstone, the former Bay Area radio personality merimer mentioned being a "Big Sister" to JC. (Was she also the children's godmother, or was that someone else?)

At any rate, all the KGO Hasanni stories (including the full-length call-in show of this one) are worth listening to but long.

Here's a clipped version of the Cami interview:
http://www.box.net/shared/ul0qng52mp

Just click "Play" or right-click to download.

She mentions during this interview (wish I'd heard it before!):
- JC had a full scholarship to Cal
- JC graduated Cal
- JC was the glue that held her family together and she was the responsible one

By the way, can anyone guess as to what is on LR's hat logo in this picture? Probably insignificant, but may tell us something else about him:

http://findhasanni.com/images/P2090702.jpg

The dark image IMHO MOST LIKELY is a 'chiropractors logo'...spine with the pelvis at the bottom...this is the black image....in that you see the 2 letters 'DS'

With Hasanni going to physical therapy for CP...this seems VERY likely...
