That business was previously started in 2007 by a different person. I'm curious if she purchased/acquired it in 2019?
Maybe.

The 2015 statement shows the LLC was run by two men - comanagers, who list an address as a business on Wilshire Ave. The same address is listed as one of Heidi's former addresses, so somehow she was tied up with it when it was at that location.

So before I knew exactly what Heidi did, my potential theory was that she had left her sons football game, to meet someone at that condo complex, to show a property, like maybe she was a real estate agent. She took her dog because maybe she's one of those people that always does, I don't know. Whoever it was had nefarious intent, killed Heidi, and on their way out of the condo, the dog got out. I hope they check every single vacant apartment, and the not vacant ones too.

Or she could have been directed there by someone else. Hopefully law-enforcement will get warrants for all of her electronic devices. I hope they get warrants for all the security cameras too. I think all the answers are at that place.

“She left our son's football game early," "But she left early, and we really haven't seen or talked to her since."

"Nothing. I mean, no contact at all," Wayne said. "No contact with her work, her friends, co-workers, family. Our 10-year-old-son, his birthday is next week that we share."

“I’ve got a 10-year-old boy who’s just beside himself,” said Jim Wayne, Planck’s ex-husband.

“If you have seen anything…we need to find his mom,” said Jim Wayne, Planck’s ex-husband. “People don’t just disappear.”

“When she didn’t show up to pick Bond up on Wednesday we knew something was wrong,” “For him not to hear from his mother this long — something is seriously wrong.”

“It seems to us that everything stems from that building where her dog was found,” a friend said.

“I think something has to have happened to her, to keep her away from her son,” said Danielle Nadolny, another friend.

It seems highly suspicious to me that her work didn’t apparently raise an alarm. Even if she worked from home, surely there would have been contact through emails and zoom calls or something? Or clients calling the office if she missed appointments with them or they couldn’t reach her???

Are there co-workers or clients needing regular communication with her?

Very suspicious. It is almost as if they knew what her status was. Of course her phone records might show they did try to reach her.

Surely, with the Feds involved, they have looked for her vehicle at the apartments by now. If they haven't, she could be in that car.

What is it about LA that inspires this kind of bat-snot crazy disappearance/death? She's just poofed but her dog is 28 stories up!

LA is covered up in surveillance cameras, I believe it's currently the most surveilled city in the US. It shouldn't be long before LE (at the very least) knows her movements.

I've been looking at some of these businesses and the related activity dates. 'Some listed as active, inactive, and administrative hold. I see the agent listed for Camden Capital Partners, LLC was Incorp Services Inc but only from 8/16/21 to 8/28/21. While I don't understand it all, I do find it interesting.

My first thought is she had access to the apt bldg where dog was located and she traded vehicles in apt garage. But, it seems LE would have already been searching there if that was the case.

So....after reading the first page of this thread, the last, and looking at one news clip, here's my first impression...

It's noteworthy the property wouldn't confirm or deny if her vehicle was in the garage. This sounds almost like the old no-tell motel days, upscale condo style. Sounds like she might have gotten herself involved with someone who wanted to stay in the shadows, for whatever reason is my guess.

The dog found wandering around is an ominous sign.
LE needs to get moving and get those warrants.
This one isn't looking good at all, but we'll see what LE comes up with.

Her ex and her friends have told us she would never not get in touch with her boy for this long. Not good.

Heidi Planck was last seen on Oct. 17 in the 7800 block of Gardendale Street in Downey, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. "Heidi's family and friends are concerned for her safety," the LAPD said in a statement.

Security footage from Oct. 17 shows her leaving her West Los Angeles home with her dog. Planck went to Downey to watch her 10-year-old son play football, but her ex-husband Jim Wayne said she left the game early.

So using the info above, I found the location of the football game. It's 13-16 miles (depending on route) to the apartment complex where her dog was found.
Seven miles from her home to the apartment complex.

I just went on the internet's most well known review site, and read the reviews for the condo hi-rise in question. If you read the reviews, it should answer the question as to why they weren't willing to assist with checking for the missing woman's vehicle.

Here's an article about the fraud and Camden Capital Partners LLC. Sec. & Exch. Comm'n v. Archer | 16cv3505 | S.D.N.Y. | Judgment | Law | CaseMine
Thank you!! Interesting. So the Real Estate Opportunity Fund, LLC was dissolved back in August this year. The termination statement was signed by Heidi.
Two months later, Heidi disappears and the feds are searching her home and removing files?

Not sure how this is related, but it sure is interesting.
