Oh yeah, the overwhelming medical bills that he never had any intention of paying, otherwise he would have, with his hefty annual income. No. He paid nothing towards medical bills, or health insurance, but instead gambled away tens of thousands of dollars.

And the evidence of this is? What day was this evidence presented? I must have missed that somehow. I'll go back and watch again. What day?

And frauding people out of their money, burning his bridges with others he did business with.

Its my opinion. You seem to be very well versed in all things defense. Is there any single receipt for any payment made towards his overwhelming medical debt? I bet not.

IMO the missed call......I can believe one extraordinary thing happening like the call not registering but the whole family saw it. But then you add JM just so happened to implement his new fangled method of accounting, CM was asked (conveniently) to erase QB that same weekend, and CM was in the clubhouse peacefully watching a movie with no reception at the time of the murders......come on!

I remember his first story was, that he was on the toilet and didn't hear the phone ring, so he missed the call.

I've already given you the links to all this. No. Of course I don't have a receipt. But there are lots of indications that Chase was truthful regarding this. I gave you the links twice.

The "receipt" for the Olive Garden expenditure is on a ledger presented by the DA. I will have to go back and screen shot that. Here's the deal, you give me your substantiation and I'll produce that screen shot.

What's the point of Rodriguez showing the picture of CM in a hole on the desert he had dug? I know it looks dramatic and some are excited to see it. But how does that support the charge? It's his job, wasn't it? Showing that picture adds nothing to the evidence. Say a family of 5 were found murdered with a knife, will thousands of chefs who appear in pictures holding butcher's knife be suspected of the crime?
No. Just the one who was ripping the family of 5, off.

No, you didn't. I agree that it has been established he had some sort of medical issue, had no health insurance, because he didn't want to pay premiums and any and all medical care is very pricey. What I haven't seen is any attempt to settle any medical bill, or to make any payments. I think the doctors who were stiffed by him, would have very much appreciated even just a portion of the money wasted at casino's. The folks on the jury have likely faced their own medical issues, the high cost of health insurance, co-payments, deductibles, and will resent ridiculous attempts to defy their logic and common sense. imo...
