Perhaps, if smr, had access to the same investigative tools as the SBCS dept. does then a through investigation of DK could be done. You would have an answer to your question but until then it's difficult to ascertain DK’s involvement since his actions and whereabouts at that time have been suspiciously concealed.

Now see, this is another of those assertions along the lines of your misrepresenting evidence post. His whereabouts have not been “suspiciously concealed” at all. He said he was in Hawaii, the prosecution said he was in Hawaii, his phone pinged in Hawaii and he made purchases in Hawaii. No one is concealing anything. DK is not on trial. He doesn’t have to prove jack, yet because of the defense’s constant allegations against DK, we have the solid evidence we have of him being in Hawaii. I don’t think you want to live in a world where those of us not accused of a crime need to prove where we were at any given time.

CM needs to explain his alibi. He picked a really unfortunate time to start writing fraudulent checks to himself. Just bad luck?

What? CM has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt imop. Remember the chase merritt check? The PayPal impersonation? The pings, an actual reliable science? If by some fluke the jury is hung or a mistrial occurs he will be retried. He will never be outside a prison cell.

Dan has been unfairly scapegoat in Merritts evil plan to escape justice.

Of course I dont think every defendent is guilty.

Basically because she answered "I don't know" a lot. He did get her to admit that there could be multiple IP addresses associated to a single PayPal transaction.

Why on earth would law enforcement conceal or fail to look for evidence? They want the CORRECT person punished as much as the rest of us. Unfortunately throughout their years of investigating the evidence pointed to Merritt, not DK or anyone else for that matter.
