Since the defense is trying to push ridiculously absurd DK did it theory the onus is on them to prove DK killed the family and Merritt did not. So far all they're doing is throwing sheet against the wall and hoping something will stick.
Well that's a flat argument since there were others in the McStay arena who also had criminal records.

Unnecessary and rude comments such as that one may come back to bite him in the butt. I'm willing to bet at least one juror is a "custodian of records". Intentional rudeness during a public forum is uncalled for. imho

Criminal cases are all a matter of public record.
I would be surprised if either side allowed a records custodian to sit on the jury, especially if they are employed in the law enforcement circle.
