I can't imagine living three more years, all the while wondering how his daughter vanished from under his roof. I think one might indulge in unhealthy habits -- more often than not, leading to violence. MOOWow!!!! With everyone's suspicions over the family that night, now this makes me even more suspicious.

I want to know what happened. To get a felony DV charge with that high of a bond suggests a serious injury. It is my understanding by looking at this statute that corporal injury of a spouse can be charged as either a felony or misdemeanor in California depending on the seriousness of the injury and the person's history.
In my state a push or a shove or even a punch is unfortunately usually a misdemeanor charge with personal recognizance bail.

True, or it could have been happening under the roof all along and it was just now found out by an injury that couldn't be hidden....
Let me say this, I don't have a strong feeling one way or the other on what happened that night and if dad/stepmom were involved or not. I think weird things happened, but I also think some of those things may have been because they were afraid as her parents, they would get in trouble for her using drugs (even though they didn't allow it personally). You never know what the state will say or accuse you of and they could have been trying to fix it on their own versus taking her to a hospital.
If there was a history of abuse, that would change how I feel though. He for sure could have been on a downward spiral these last several years with her gone or it could have been happening all along as I mentioned above. If he has had a long history of abuse, did he react as such the night she disappeared? Lost control?
Anyway, not blaming anyone, just saying it will change how I think if it comes out there was past abuse also.
^^sbmWhy is his arrest gone now from the jail site? Only one arrest shows up since February at that agency. Going to inmates shows people arrested since then so maybe the site doesn't function correctly.

The "hazard" call referenced was actually canceled according to the dispatch-- and the call not even from the Guse street residence so doubt it applicable here. He has a hearing on May 10.Do you know what a "possible hazard" is? I can't find it on google.
Also, note that although the time of the second call is approx two mins later, it's dated the next day - unless it's a typo?
Thanks, Seattle1, I was entertaining the thought that something may have happened the next night, after he'd been bailed out where a neighbor might've reported a disturbance or something of that nature. The "hazard" call referenced was actually canceled according to the dispatch-- and the call not even from the Guse street residence so doubt it applicable here. I'll be all ears to hear what happens on May 10, big time. Hopefully, it's not involving one of the children. The "hazard" call referenced was actually canceled according to the dispatch-- and the call not even from the Guse street residence so doubt it applicable here. He has a hearing on May 10.
Somebody may have heard a loud argument and didn't correctly identify which street it was from.Do you know what a "possible hazard" is? I can't find it on google.
