I just want to say that I LOVE that Paris is strong enough to stand up for herself and her siblings! Think what you want about MJ and KJ, but somebody taught that girl right!

I wonder if they all use those teeny little voices when they are whoppin on eachother...? :slapfight:

I feel sorry that Paris at 15 years old is having to deal with a bunch of scary desperate people. I fear for her and her brothers. Katherine's children could not legally get what they want, now they are resorting to some scary criminal acts.

At this point, for whatever reason and her fault or not, Katherine is not protecting or taking care of MJ's kids. I think it's best that a judge steps up and appoints a better guardian. And not anyone in the Jackson clan either.

Omg. I'm sorry, I probably shouldn't laugh but... :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

I'm dying. Thanks, minazoe, for the morning laugh.

I just had a thought. Kathy Hilton was always a close friend of MJ's, and she has her own money. She might be a good person to step up for the kids.

Eeiry video, but that's at the front of what house, and released per whom?

It looks like someone recording security video so I am assuming either the jackson kids, security guards, or lawyers released it.

Question: If you leave 3 kids that are under you guardianship with someone else, and don't tell them where you are going, don't stay in contact, how long until it is considered abandonment?

I now believe that any residual cache the Jacksons held on to after MJ's death is now effectively destroyed.

I am sure that KJ warned the children about MJ's siblings.

It occurs to me that time is running-out for the Jackson siblings and they know it. Once their mother is too old, incapacitated, or deceased, they will not be able to manipulate so successfully her successor. Desperate times & measures...

"Katherine Jackson has been located and she is fine and with family," Whitmore said. "Our missing persons case is closed." Deputies talked to two family members and were satisfied, he said."
"A lawyer for Katherine Jackson is not satisfied, saying the sheriff's deputies who tried to talk to her in Arizona Monday were blocked from seeing her".

:what: HUH???

I don't understand why almost everyone here is siding with the Executors and against the Jackson siblings. From what I just read, the Executors are being accused of trying to manipulate KJ into changing the Will so it will benefit themselves. Since I'm currently in a similar situation, I can certainly see that point of view. Also, the Executors are PAID to handle the Trust, so they have a lot to gain by keeping themselves in that position.

Paris is reacting as any scared and confused 14 year old would. She may be bright, but there's no way she is educated in the complexities of her father's Will and Trust. I'd be surprised if someone hasn't already been named, to step in to care for the children in the event that KJ could no longer do it. So, I'm not understanding the reports of some of the siblings swooping in to remove the children. Does the Trust stipulate that one of those siblings would be next in line to speak for the children?

Still so many questions. By far, we don't know the entire story.

The Jackson siblings have tried to get their hands on MJs money from the BEGINNING. MJ left them out intentionally, on two different wills. But still, they try - even trying to get the estate to pay for their child support. The executors have been GREAT for the estate - nearly getting it out of a 500 million dollar debt by earning over $400 million. The executors have also gotten Katherine out of her 14 million dollar debt. It is no coincidence that right after rumors came out that the siblings were going for the estate again Katherine disappeared and it has been chaos since.

As for custody, the will specifically did not want the siblings to have custody of the children. Diana Ross was the "backup". The siblings coming to take the kids was an effort to 1. remove the children from the lawyers and 2. take them to Arizona for photo ops.

Paris may be extremely privileged, but I believe she is doing what she is doing because her grandmother has been taken from her, she has no idea what is going on, and she needs help. All she knows is that her aunts and uncles have been trying - and failing - to get MJs estate and suddenly they have her grandmother, wont let her talk to her, and come to her house to try and take her and her brothers too. I wouldn't want to go with a bunch of sneaky people either, I think she did the right thing.
