New from TMZ:

The judge said Katherine was not suspended for wrongdoing, but that she was prevented from doing her guardianship duties by "intentional act from third parties." In other words, the judge smells a rat in the form of Randy, Jermaine and Janet.

Now I would just like to know what kind of, if any, charges could be filed for those responsible.

Janet better hold on tight to her purse cuz the MJ Welfare Program for Broke *advertiser censored** Untalented Jackson Siblings has just ended and you know randy and jermaine are gonna come a-knockin', Janet. Ms. Jackson if ya nasty. :D

BBM. It would concern me if she was 82 and doing it without help, but she is doing it with a lot of help. My sons paternal grandmother was in her 70's when she began caring for her daughters infant son so her daughter could go back to work and cared for him until he no longer needed a sitter. There are quite a few older grandparents who care for much younger children than MJ's with no help from nanny's and such.

Her age doesn't bother me so much as the lack of contact with her grandchildren.

(I'm an older parent too. the teenage years and menopause ought to be interesting, lol. )

That's true. Come to think of it my Nana began babysitting in her 70's after she retired from City Hall. But babysitting and being a parent are two different things imo. Having lots of help would help though. Getting a call that they've locked the keys in their car (driving - shudder!) after doing two loads, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, just as you step out of the shower and a big case is breaking on WS, gives having a hot flash new meaning. :blushing: Will I still have hot flashes at 82? Anyway, I hope having a teenager in my 50's doesn't kill me first.

Not to worry though as I don't know anything anyway ~ ~ as I open door of stranded car using spare key. :banghead:

Wait...where is la toya in all of this?

She did not sign the letter, so I'm guessing like Marlon and Jackie she wasn't a part of it. Maybe she was too much of a liability, lol, because she sure hasn't spoken out against them.

From TMZ:

11:06 AM TJ's lawyer just said TJ will move get PERMANENT GUARDIANSHIP of the kids. It will be filed in the next 48 hours.

From RadarOnline:

UPDATE: The judge has also given T.J. Jackson temporary authorization to make any of the decisions for the children; and he will move into the Calbasas house with his family. Katherine's attorney said he doesn't have any issue with the orders regarding the kids.

Are we sure that TJ is one of the good guys. I hope he isn't pulling a fast one too.

well at least they'll get three squares a day in :jail:

I want a legal expert to tell us what this plot could possibly do to change the will or release money to the family.

I don't think the family can get any money from the will. The money is all for the kids, and the money Katherine got, I believe, was because she was the guardian that the will chose. Those siblings will never get a dime. BOTH wills exclude them.

In this family, who knows. I do know though that Katherine's Lawyer, the estate lawyers, stand behind him for TEMPORARY custody. I'm not sure how they will feel for permanent custody.

TJ has been like a father figure since MJ died, and I haven't heard any weird things about him trying to get the money.

TMZ has live video outside the courthouse, FYI.

BBM: Not that Kim Kardashian is any kind of super person, but she dated TJ for I think 3 years and said that he was like a father to the children. She said he's always had their best interests at heart.

Katherine's Lawyer says (not exact quote: I just had a phone call from Randy Jackson who says Katherine is currently on a plane on the way back to LA. IF that is indeed the case they will discuss what to do next.

"I do take one issue that the court thought it necessary for a permanent change in custody. Any form of permanent change would be adamantly opposed." Once she comes back papers would be immediately filed to restore custody.

If they would have been able to prove that KJ was too fragile or ill to care for the children, they wanted to make a move for conservatorship over KJ. Meaning they'd have access to $70k+ per month that was allocated to KJ from the estate.
