Hmmm - I was wondering why he was wearing such giant underwear when he is not particularly obese. Looking at Mr Ermer's missing poster, I noticed that he had kidney problems. My dad had weird hernias and ascites after having kidney cancer and had a huge lump on his side so his clothes were oddly sized. Long shot but maybe he was wearing such large underwear due to some kind of medical condition?

I wish they would show or describe the medallion as well. Could be helpful.

I'm getting a permission error on this UID's NamUs page. I can't find any news about his identification though.
