I've found a few bits of extra info that may help.

An extract of a newspaper article from 1989:
1720943462713.png

And a page from Unidentified Wiki which adds that she was found with a "silver-colored ring with a cluster of silver balls".

I've been looking for matches but so far I've got nothing.

ETA that it would appear that the location where the body was found from the coordinates in NAMUS is slightly different than what the article states (10mi southwest of Madera).

The map shows there’s no longer a vineyard there — it’s now basically the backyard of a house that was built in 2005.

I wonder if the vineyard back then was owned by a company or just someone’s personal vines?

I presume all employees would have been questioned.
Sometimes, the map link might show something completely random to where the UID was located. This is likely done to hide the actual location.

Of course the map shows coordinates, they usually do. But the map shows whatever whoever has typed in as location. If they have not manually entered the info in the box where it says GPS coordinates or entered a specific address, the map will just show the general area. If the only info is Boston, MA, the map will take you to the middle of Boston. Most UID cases don't show the exact location found on the map even when it's well known.

Some information on Enamel Hypoplasia. It is possible that she could have been disabled or had a condition that caused her teeth to have bad enamel. On the 4th image which is a collage, there are some recons that appear to have a missing tooth, so it is possible that she could be missing one or more.
