Info from the article and YouTube video:
Mayanin Vazquez, age 16, was walking to school with her two sisters on August 12. She told them she needed to pick something up at Smart & Final, and she left them to go into the store.
She is seen on video walking outside the store with a man who is unknown to anyone in the family (she is one of 11 children.) They were walking in the area of Laurel & E 97th St in the Watts district of Los Angeles.
She is a good student and athlete and doesn't have a boyfriend.
She left her phone at home that day.
Following video shows them walking:
This ABC 7 video shows a close up of the man's face. He has his arm around her in that picture. I'm wondering if she was meeting up with someone she met online.
