Just wanted to mention this - Don has an address listed in Oregon, but his kids tell me Frosty and him lived in the same house for over 30 years, never dabbled in real estate either. Frostys AOL links to a commercial media business in Portland Oregon who had been hacked last year and emails leaked. This is important to me because this business a few miles from the Portland address linked to Don and Frosty, the business also specifically does court room media to help plantiffs and defendants. Could she have history in Oregon?? I do have this weird article from Googles AI before it was updated, back then you could put in someones name and AI would locate all records involving that name, and Frosty came up in a lawsuit in Oregon, but I haven't been able to find anything physical, I only have a suggested listing from ai, which can be iffy at best.

Can you post what you have about the lawsuit?

I'm seeing the whole Austin family is connected to an address in Florence. I bet one of them lived there at some point and public records linked them all.

What if Frosty isnt hiding at all? What if she just cut off her family and moved across the country? View attachment 527096
I found some records indicating that a Jan Omalley in San Jose is actually a married name, and she this particular Jan Omalley is from Mississippi: Note the high cheek bones. There is a living son of this woman. Trying to redact as much info as possible incase I have this wrong.

Have you send this tip in? Her family in law states she called herself also Frosty Jan.

I have reached out to a San Jose history group. Someone posted a pic of the restaurant on there, so hopefully it will ring a bell.
By the way,IMG_7666.jpeg I noticed the restaurant filed for bankruptcy in 1981. In the court document the plaintiff was granted a lot of money. Could she be in on it? Why would she deny a second plate if the sign said “all you can eat”? Can we find a relationship between the plaintiff and her?

It seems the plaintiff is still alive, maybe someone can reach out to him.

The plaintiff wasn't granted any money. This is the money he was requesting as damages when he filed the lawsuit.
