4/7/20 Update: Status conference hearing rescheduled for 5/5. Preliminary hearing on 5/25 thru 5/29 where prosecutors plan to unveil their evidence in the case. 5/5/20: Next Preliminary hearing on 5/26. 5/15/20 Update: Preliminary hearing on 5/26/20 has been cancelled due to coronavirus to 6/2/20. 6/2/20 Update: A pre-hearing conference has been scheduled for July 27 to discuss when the case will proceed.

I just found this thread. Wow.
I’m guessing the mother of the babies was most likely severely abused. She kept having babies, named two of them after the deceased babies so, it really sounds like she actually wanted to keep them.
