No just the opposite, this was done while she was tying herself up according to SDSD
But yes they are just full of a lot of it.

Sheriff Gore's latest excuse doesn't make any sense at all. JMO, it's physically impossible. As we all remember, there wasn't enough blood evidence on Rebecca for that to have happened.

I wonder if they plan to hire another model to re-enact that theory? I hope not.

Watch Live: Zahau family announces new polygraph analysis, reward

SAN DIEGO — A lawyer for the family of Rebecca Zahau will be joined by family members for a news conference Wednesday to announce a new reward for information in the case, which has placed the family at odds with San Diego County Sheriff’s investigators.

Zahau’s mother, Mary Zahau-Loehner, is also expected to make a statement.

Last year, Sheriff Bill Gore said a “thorough review” supported investigators’ initial conclusion that Zahau’s 2011 hanging death at the Coronado mansion of her boyfriend Jonah Shacknai was a suicide.

The review came after a jury in a civil case found Jonah’s brother, Adam, responsible for Zahau’s death in April 2018. Shacknai and his lawyers rejected the ruling, and eventually the judgement was dismissed due to a settlement between his insurers and the family.

The Zahau family lawyer said he will present “new expert review” of an Adam Shacknai polygraph exam Wednesday.

I know it is wishful thinking, but I wish someone would ask Kamala Harris what she was thinking when she opted to not reopen the case. Was there undue influence? Seems something we should know as we head into election time.

There are heavy staging elements within the crime scene. It is impossible for someone who chooses to kill themselves, to stage anything after they are dead. Nor, would there be a motive to do so.

Crime scene staging is a deliberate, purposeful act by an offender to manipulate elements of the crime and its scene to misdirect the investigation so they can avoid being caught, plain and simple.
