The Angels Camp Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a missing person, Roger Wallace Sheltrown. Sheltrown was last seen in Angels Camp on Oct. 31, 1995. He is a white male, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a tattoo on his right wrist of barbed-wire with flames, and an unknown tattoo on his left hand. At the time of his disappearance, Sheltrown was 28 years old and would be 41 today. Anyone with information regarding Sheltrown is asked to contact the Angels Camp Police Department at 736-2567.
