I haven’t seen anything that seems like foul play in this case. Except maybe someone or something trashing her camp. That could be thieves or animals though. I also haven’t seen any mention of psychological problems with her. Did I miss something?
As for the missing 411 theory, I’m trying not to factor that in yet due to the unexplainable nature of it. It muddles things up for me. Although I have studied that phenomena for years, and consider it an undeniable presence in and around National Parks.

The food at campsite wasn't disturbed. So I don't think it was animals. It appears her belongings were dumped. Not only disturbed. At the campsite. So I think it might suggest vandals. And the crash seems suspicious. That's just my opinion. The crash didn't deploy air bags. ( estimated going 20mph) It makes no sense to me. The site being disturbed followed by a crash and her roaming the woods. She is a competent, intelligent woma,.so none of these events are consistent to her patterns

I agree with you that the disturbance was most likely from a human or humans. I especially believe that after they described her things (including paperwork) to look as if it were dumped and thrown about. That sounds more like a person trying to find something not a wild animal digging around for snacks. But that’s merely my opinion; I could be way off!

Also, the crash happened AFTER the disturbance at the campsite, correct?

The timeline I created says the sherriff called the Aunt after finding canp/personal items/ personal info in Jason Meadows. I believe that on 7/4. Then they were looking for her car. The car was found by a non profit offroad team on 7/5. The Forest Service and Sherrif were notified. Then the SAR began .

New Update posted 7/27/20
Madera County Sheriff Office

Sandra Johnsen Hughes was last seen by family on 6/26.
On July 2nd, other hikers found her camping gear and supplies abandoned and strewn about near Johnson Meadows. They contacted MCSO to report found property. After receiving the report we contacted Hughes’ family. A missing persons report was made at that time.
On the afternoon of July 5th, her vehicle (a silver Saab) was located near the Chiquito Creek trailhead and campground. It appears to have been involved in a collision with a tree.
We have not towed it from the area in case she returns to it.
She has been sighted on foot by others since her car was located.
While we still have an active, ongoing Search and Rescue Operation for Sandra, that operation has been scaled down slightly in size.
After two weeks of continuous searching for missing person Sandra Johnsen Hughes, using mutual aid assets from all over the state as well as the Air National Guard for helicopter and overflight reconnaissance of the area, MCSO has released all assisting assets and will continue conducting search of Sandra through investigation and following up on tips.
We are asking anyone hiking in the Chiquito Lake or Chain Lakes Basin just inside the Yosemite National Park border to please keep an eye out for Sandra. If you see her please try to make contact and document your coordinates with GPS. Immediately contact the Madera County Sheriff’s Office or Yosemite National Park Rangers as soon as possible.

I included the link for the updated post.

I noticed when I went to MCSO fb page to find the post, it was there but part of it was unavailable (assuming possibly a photo of some sort)

I know the cops didn’t tow her car but I wonder if they processed it for evidence, fingerprints at least. Also if they’ve processed any of her found items from the campsite.
I’m a little surprised they haven’t towed her vehicle by now. I understand their reasoning at the beginning but quite a bit of time has passed unfortunately. I would have thought they’d tow & process anything needed by now. MOO

Yes. 3 pictures. 1.Trees. 2. Pictures of her 3. Maybe the sleeping bag and what looked like snow and some SAR staff

My guess is they are exploring all possibilities. The sheriff's post did not mention the sleeping bag. I don't expect details of there is a crime investigation so soon publically.
