As I read and post here, I am trying to post honest and relevant thoughts and opinions. I am also remembering that Sierra's family members read these logs, and are deeply effected by what people post. With that in mind, I continue to pray...

When did they move from the farmhouse to the camper? Did they have a cat before the move? A pregnant Siamese they could not take with them to that tiny camper? I have no idea if the date is even close...

Like someone else mentioned, maybe that explains AGT's change in demeanor in court today. If they proposed a deal and he later revealed where he put her body, then he knows that LE would have located it before 1:30 PM- his arraignment time. You can easily see the change in behavior, it's almost as though he went from thinking "ha ha, you don't know where she is" smirking and having no problem staring right into the camera to "god @#$#*, i don't stand a chance now" which may explain why he made absolutely no eye contact and had his head down. Just a theory.

could someone please link me to the facebook pages tat you guys are following I have asked tree times and still no one will post at least PM it to me, I am so confused.

I just can not believe they would remove a body from that trash can and not take the can. It would hold a wealth of evidence.

Just my thoughts...

I think they may place the body of the deceased on a gurney for the sake of retaining some kind of dignity to the person..

and I would bet they also loaded the can onto/into another crime scene van.

Can anyone give me a quick update? Just got home and there is no local news on right now :( I was at the HOJ today but had to be in the courtroom I was doing jury duty in while the arraignment was going on. I did witness LOTS of Sierra supporters coming into court during the lunch break. Some had signs outside and others were wearing tshirts with her photo and lots of pink and black ribbons.

I didn't see anything informative when I checked the Merc News online.

TIA!!!!!!

Or maybe his mother got through to him. Out of this whole horrid situation and that horrid family, she has been the only redeeming person out of the bunch of them. Her comments have been very honest and heartfelt. Perhaps she was able to get him to do the right thing. She seems like a good woman, and quite intelligent.

I'm almost positive I found the right one...

I think it's a United Solutions - Rubbermaid trash can.

If you enlarge it, the sticker is exactly the same, the handle has the same rivets (or whatever it's called - the grip part), the arch where the sticker is located is the same & the wheel well is the same. If this is the correct brand, then where can it be purchased besides Amazon?

United Solutions 45-Gallon Wheeled Rectangular Trash Can with Lid and Hook and Lock Handle, Black:Amazon:Patio, Lawn & Garden

United Solutions website shows these places as selling their products:

A body has been found in Pleasanton dumped inside a 45 gal. trash can. It's a woman. Speculation is swirling as to whether it's Sierra. People are coming forward to say the can has been visible for 3 days. No other details avail at this time.

I read that people had said it had been visible for 3 days. Regardless of who it is it is awfully sad for someone. jmo

If the woman that called this in is correct about the can being there for two or three days could agt have placed the can there before being arrested? I somehow missed his arrest date.

I did notice his change in behaviour. I was going to ask if anyone else noticed that too. It reminds me of the guy that killed Jorelys, can't remember his name, when he was in court. I hope the outcome is not the same at least until he tells all he knows. jmo

I think he was arrested Monday night or Tuesday. But, I don't know when the LE stopped their survalence of him. jmo

I'M just speculating what I think happened:

AGT was planning this - he had been watching Sierra. Knew that she was out early in the mornings. Somehow knew also that no one was around. He came that morning to take her. He drove his car down the cul-de-sac as she was leaving. Subdued her quickly by stunning or tazing her, Grabbed her phone while she was probably talking or texting on - listening to music on. Quickly put Sierra in the trunk of his car so no one could see her as he drove away. The bag was probably dropped and he picked it up and threw that in the trunk too or the car too.
Had her phone on him as he was driving away. Quickly threw the phone out on the side of the road.
Took Sierra wherever he was going to do his awful thing ( I shudder, don't even want to think about this part) Left her hidden (I don't think she was alive after this, sadly) While driving from where he left her realized he still had her bag in car. Knew he couldn't take it home, would raise the suspicions of his wife. Put the bag where he thought it would be well hidden, maybe to come back to to put somewhere more hidden later on.
Found out that LE was all over the case next day searching. At this point he could not go back to re-hide the bag. Clothes inside were neatly folded because he either did it (to make her look like a runaway) or Sierra had neatly folded them after he made her take them off, hoping to buy time. Perhaps there was urine on the clothes because when he tazed her she lost her bladder control. He had taken those same cloths off of her, and that's why his skin fragments are on the clothes. Perhaps Sierras DNA was found in trunk of his car. Perhaps he moved her twice, once after he killed her, and that's why LE says she is dead. They found evidence to show there was dead body in the trunk of the red Jetta.

Sierra is still where he left her, carefully hidden. He thought he had covered his tracks well and was not freaked about LE following him because he did not take into account DNA, there was no blood so he thought he could not be found. He did not take into account that were cameras all over MH that could spot his car. He thought he was home free.

He has done this before. Perhaps even killed before and got away with it. Feeling pretty cocky and self-assured and keeps telling his family "there is no evidence" after he knows he is being watched. That is why the family keeps parroting what he said. He felt there was no evidence to link him to his crime. Thank God for Codis and DNA. Should be in every state!

JMHO

The only problem I have with this scenario is that his fingerprints would HAVE to be on that phone, and unless he was participating in the search and was the one that found it, there would be no excuse. Those prints, however, could then have caused the 2009 tazer case to be compared.

as a recent laid off worker of Home depot I can 100% state that the trash can in question is not carried at home depot
