Just some thoughts...

Not sure if Sierra's tumblr page is still there.. looking at the images, messages, and background music - it's quite an experience. Last time I looked at it, my PC got messed up...

My mind also got a bit messed up in that it's difficult to believe someone so young could have put together something like that!

The consistency of what's there goes beyond someone simply cutting and pasting things they see and don't understand, IMO...

I'm left to wonder if her tumblr persona played any role leaving her vulnerable to being preyed upon - and whether she was taken again her will, or when willingly went with AGT; she was never-the-less preyed upon and (barring a miracle) murdered.
 
AGT's parents were divorced when AGT was an infant, so I do not believe he was raised with his father in the home. Bad blood, to be sure, but that does not excuse AGT's behavior, IMHO. I also believe LE has their man. We do not know all the evidence against AGT, but it was enough for the DA to press murder charges. I am going to wait for the evidence before deciding whether or not AGT is guilty. If he is not, then this is a terrible miscarriage of justice.

Where is Sierra Lamar? Could her body be long gone in a landfill somewhere? If that is the case, then it may be hard to convict AGT without a body or confession.

anyone ever wonder if AGT isn't saying anything, because he fears retribution towards his family members, by other unknown participant(s)?
 
I am fully confident that LE did not make their arrest without plenty of evidence. They more than anyone know the difficulty of proving murder without the victim's body.

I have heard a lot of speculation about gang involvement, especially sincee Sierra came from an area in her previous town that was a hub of gang activity.
Gang bangers kill because rape carries a life sentence.
Dead victims tell no tales.
Her social media posts might have enraged and provoked this action?
LE will know if she had gang affiliation by the language she used in her posts. Is this why she moved? It will all come out in trial.
One thing is for sure. If this is gang related, he will never talk. Ever.

I can see how you may be shocked about the content on her tumblr page but there are thousands of blogs very similar made by other girls Sierras age and even younger! Many of the images have been "reblogged" on other tumblrs by girls with similar interests as Sierra (fashion,make-up, partying, boys, sex, teenager stuff. Now I'm probably biased because I'm not that much older then Sierra but it isn't like Sierra was running some sex/drugs/whatever website related to herself/promoting her self/whatever. Just a silly tumblr page (try browsing around on tumblr for a day - you will find pages made by 12 - 14 year olds that are just as if not more suggestive/thematic) of a teenage girl who was maybe interested in the more partying parts of HS - yet her mom seemed to be strict with her and like they got into many fights over curfew/groundings/friends maybe/whatever else. Teenagers like to break the rules/drink underage/smoke weed/whatever. I could see how Sierra would reblog things she was interested in/wanted to seem cool and wild to her peers or whatever. Does she deserve to be murdered over it? No way. I think it's sad that it could be used "against her" but I guess that's how it goes...

I do not think AGT and Sierra knew each other because he was her "pot dealer". I think he happened to drive nearby her house often and started to see her regularly/know her schedule - probably even approached her/talked/catcalled her before she was abducted. Sierra is a beautiful girl and she would walk to her bus stop alone everyday. I'm sure she denied him in some way and it just pissed him off. I don't think she would have been "interested" in him, crappy looking car, not attractive, he just seems like a loser. Also, a pretty 15 year old girl would not need to seek out some creepy older guy to buy weed/smoke with/whatever, she would be with her friends probably and it would most likely be obtained from someone at school that has offered that they knew - not some random dude no one knew. Also this guy was linked to other attempted abductions, not by being charming and "luring" but by violent/physical force using a stun gun.

I hope Sierra is found soon. This case makes me sad. She didn't deserve this, no one does.

Hi all you terrific Sleuthers on Sierra Lamar's thread. there is a new case eerily similar to Sierra's case that we need your help.

a 17 year old senior has disappeared without a trace seemingly, from.. Get this... San Jose... Close to Monterrey street!

she is energetic, involved in many clubs and organizations, and she disappeared from her home Sept. 16-17 in the middle of the night when her family was home.

Please come join us...

her name is Amber VIADO, the thread is new... Only about 9 pages... So easy to catch up... AND WE NEED YOU ALL!!!

I think there is a big difference between the kind of attack carried out in the parking lot and disposing of a body.

If his plan was to abduct a woman from the parking lot, I think being familiar with the area would be a bonus. I would be curious whether he had a car at that point, making an abduction require the use of the victims car. And making accessing other locations more difficult, sticking to what he knew. It seems it was perhaps harder than he anticipated to time both getting in the car and then being able to subdue his victim without anyone else there to prevent him.

Or maybe he was satisfied with just scaring women at that point. In the third attack he had a knife to her throat yet took off as she continued to scream. If it was AGT, perhaps these were spur of the moment attacks and he didn't have enough guts yet to push on. And then there was a huge community response and he gave up on that plan because it didn't work and it was only going to be harder, by the time he got to the third victim she was armed.

I just think about the other incidents recorded about him, it seems he fires up and cools off quickly. Lacks impulse control and doesn't think through and this is why he has been caught. All it would have taken to scoop up Sierra was overpowering her, probably safe in the knowledge no one would see but probably not thinking much beyond doing what he had in mind. It takes a lot more than that to do that undetected and it seems likely he hasn't got away with it.

I specialize in south of the border research. In this case of missing person Sierra Lamar I have avoided South of our border thoughts. I have been positive that this boy acted on the moment and that Sierra's body would be found by hard work and serious effort in search. I have donated my time along with thousands of other like me. I have been from east to west on every possible access road I can find. South as far as it seemed logical. I have walked for hours upon hours in areas he may have taken her on foot. LE has done many water searches in every body of water. The F.B.I. is fully involved even today.
For me it is a start over point... I must go back to the bag spot and reconsider the possible. I will search it all over again, it will take me a long time and I will not rush it.
But I know Mexico .. I know what they do with girls. I know the kind of people involved. I have never searched inside the U.S. and even considered this possible that a person would be kidnapped here and taken there.. BUT

I will start over ... So many cases go by and no body is ever found. I have many I have searched where no body is found... But,Who is searching Mexico ? IS the F.B.I. ?? and the places they keep girls in Mexico are not nice and not easy to access. So if that is the case it will take undercover people who can access to find her. If found an extraction could be the only way out alive.

If I understand correctly, there was enough blood residue in the car to conclude the missing had expired?

I believe her folded clothing in her Juicy purse was to buy time. I'm surprised nothing more was found at this site in terms of something taking place there.

I seen other cases in which the wants his victim naked while he drives her off to some remote place to harm her... That seems plausible here, except the shed seems to be remote enough, unless he wanted to take her to a place even more private/remote where he could keep her for a longer time.

Considering there is no sign of a struggle, or anything left as a clue at the shed, other than the Juicy purse, is it possible he somehow enticed her to go to willingly to the shed and take off her cloths and go with him. That does not make sense, except for the lack of anything else found at the shed. Unless, of course, she took off her clothing someplace other than the location of where the purse was found and either he, or someone else placed it there as a ruse....
Yes, placing it there and protecting it some by cacti to make sure it's found okay, as a ruse seems very logical... have us believe she is still somewhere in CA, when in fact she might be south of border...

He grew up with mom and dad around. I have no idea how long but at some point they were all in the same house together when they lived on LLAGAS Ave. in San Martin which is just down the street from the trailer park they lived at when AGT took Sierra.

He was the silent one his mom said.

I would also like to add this ... I have gained respect for Mark Klaas over the years. Not just because he lost his daughter and created a foundation but more because he is fully involved. Everytime I have ever been to the search centers he is there. You would think that this is His daughter at each and every search center I have been to. When considering donations to organizations I would send him the money. He has made it his job to find the missing and I have been there to see him support ALL the people. He has a team of people who have gained a lot of experience over the years and they organize average everyday people to go out and do proper search effort. He holds the family together while they go through this terrible time in their life. He has great amounts of stress on him and he wears it.
So..anyways that is my thoughts on KlaasKids foundation and Mark Klaas the father of murder victim Polly Klaas.
