Common themes with this ..:furious:

Safeway.... and the month of March....:waitasec:

Did we ever figure out if March some kind of "anniversary" for him... Such as birthday, traumatic event, etc....?

JMO

According the article Torres himself was born in March. Wasn't his wife pregnant at the time or do I remember wrong?

all of the new counts occurred in March 2009. Torres was born on March 30, 1991. Sierra was taken this March. and all the articles say when the other abductions took place he lived with his "then" pgt girlfriend and mother

I wish all Websleuths a fortunate 2013. Praying also for meaningful appearances in this prosecution, wherein the accused finally enters a plea. We're tired of the Avoidance Strategy.

Hi everyone, I haven't been here in months so excuse me if I'm repeating/omitting something. Is it possible that LE actually have the turkey baster with whatever might be in or on it? Didn't they say there was physical evidence of her found in the car? It's a horrifying thought, sorry. I'm just still confused as to why they say they have so much evidence but that he's still not being charged. I do wonder if the girlfriend is involved and if he wasn't part of a larger ring of people they're trying to get to.

As far as from all I've read, they only have evidence showing he purchased bleach and a baster...

Now something to think about - was it dumb for him to purchase these things from the very store where he worked, or by doing that does it make it more difficult to say he bought these items for the evil purposes we believe he did...

Had he made the purchase at some out-of-the-way store, then explaining why he did so for some legitimate reason that defense will try to come up with would be more difficult.

IDK, I just don't see him driving a dead body all the way to Fremont. Driving the freeway could be deal breaker with a body in the car.

I keep thinking she is nearby. If he drove up any of the three streets near her home, they are isolated roads. When I was there, the only vehicle I notices was a mail delivery truck. Almost every road that crosses Santa Theresa leads to the hills and is is not far, maybe a mile max...but I don't think it was even a mile. He could turn around after, go straight down Laguna and drop off the bag.

I still think he got picked up on camera on Laguna after dropping the bag. He may have continued thinking he could pick up the main street to home but Laguna doesn't go through. He would have had to U-turn passed those very expensive homes which may have had cameras.

Did we ever hear anything about the foreclosed house on Scheller where evidence bags were removed? That place was very close to "S" home. It runs parallel with Laguna.

Did he have a connection with the work camp located directly in back of Sierra's street? There were many hispanics there who worked the fields and waited for rides. One of them was always seen walking at the bottom of Sierra's st almost every morning while talking on a phone. He had not been seen since the crime....but a neighbor got a good look at him.

I find it a little strange that someone would choose to leave a comment on a news article with a name and phone number. There have been a fair share of trolls in this case. If someone is legit, they would contact LE with the information not leave the tip on a news article.

You were there, had "boots on the ground", as they say, so your insights are most helpful and interesting to read Whisperer.
Despite all the searches, it would not surprise me that she's been left not too far from her home. Seen that in other cases...
Does sound like he planned this advance since he bought the bleach etc. before the crime.

Should this comment with name and phone number be sent to LE as a tip?

I imagine LE is aware of it.... But one never knows for sure?

:dunno:

Well, my theory all along is that she is in a safeway freezer. Perhaps freezer storage. There may be a kernal of truth to the post. An errant gang member with a conscience, or? Who knows. I do believe we will find her. It's just a matter of time. Safeway. Hmmmm.

Honestly, I can't even begin to flesh out a theory that has Sierra inside a working business, especially one such as Safeway. Maybe in some abandoned building somewhere remote but had the accused had unfettered access to such a working freezer, so have other people in the ensuring months. You can't pop a corpse in a multinational's working freezer, or if you can, someone else with access to it is finding it within hours.

I would be looking at anything related to Safeway.

Whether that be suppliers or local business that had various types of contracts with them. Like garbage pick up etc.
