Close to the greenhouse and I believe also close to where Sully was alerting.

I wonder what kind of notes he is taking now?! That filthy !!!!!

Hats off to the CPS, all the technicians, the Crown and anyone else involved with putting this case together. I'm sure it was an incredibly painstaking and stressful endeavor. Big respect.

As throughout the trial, no emotion from #Garland as DNA evidence is presented and he takes notes. Now on lunch break #yyc

Anyone else think this DNA evidence is a little all over the place and not clear enough? Am I correct in understanding that the blood on the headboard in the master was Alvin. The headboard in the spare room Kathy and the stairs was Kathy as well. Those were the 3 bigger bloodletting areas the ME noticed. So maybe no major bloodletting event took place for Nathan. So how was he injured? They found his blood so he was bleeding. Also they mentioned blood mixed with hair earlier in the trial. Whose blood was mixed with the hair? There must not have been any root attached to the hair or they would have been able to get DNA from it.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was taking notes of the entire police process and also of where he screwed up and left evidence. I could see him writing a book while in jail similar to the books and papers that he had downloaded. He'll have a lot of spare time and a lot of experience so why not write a book.

Its okay olive. It will get us where we need to be. It will get the jury where they need to be. There is still the whole afternoon too.

Oh definitely enough to lock this sicko up for the rest of his life. I'm just sitting here scratching my head trying to follow the tweets. I'm sure it's much easier to follow in the courtroom.

Well there is still a while afternoon of testimony from her so she might touch base on more of that. So I guess we will see. And she did mention that NO's DNA was also found on the mattress in the front room (not sure if that means spareroom) so who knows really.

Oh man...I wouldn't be surprised one bit 🙁

Yes...the tweets ARE all over the place and missing major amounts of information I am sure. The presentation to the jury is likely much more precise and detailed.

MOO

Kamile and JadeSLeuth, thank you for the tweets, as always. I appreciate the "Graphic" warnings ... but I still read every one. It feels like being stabbed in the gut with every new piece of info as it is introduced, even though expected. I have been through many other cases that have been difficult (could not follow the Luka Magnotta for long due to graphc details), but this is the first I have felt a personal connection via gut-wrenching anxiety and pain. My body feels like ****.

:sorry: :tears:

He doesn't keep the notes though, he hands them off to his lawyer periodically. I mean his lawyer could easily hand them back after but there's gotta be a reason he's doing that.

I also wondered if he was detailing what WASN'T found as things that were found are displayed. As a hurrah but also for creepy book purposes. Disturbing for the lawyer if that were the case though.

It's pretty damn clear to me.Bottom line - the victim's DNA was all over that farm, on DG's shoes and on blades used to kill and dismember. It's a slam dunk.

I can't imagine how hard this must be for the jury. I hope they are a strong, loving group. Embracing them with strength to go on.

Yes for sure. Just so much blood all over their house so hard to follow the tweets (for me).
