Watching PC on CBC Breaking:

- it's Ms. Liu (sorry if spelling is wrong)

- body parts are from this victim (both places)

- it's a homicide

- Toronto Police wrapping up search in the next few hours

- asking public to call police if anyone knows the activities of Ms. Liu in the moments before her disappearance.

Police announced live on CITYTV news that the vicitm is Guang Hua Liu. May she rest in peace, after such a horrible end. May justice be served for her.

- Ms. Liu is a Canadian citizen of Chinese decent

LE has just further announced that they view this as an "isolated case" and that they do not believe women in the area are at increased risk. Hope they are right.

Not speaking about suspects yet, too early in the investigation.

My guess is that the suspect is a male whom she had been involved with. Could be wrong, though...

Liu was the former owner of a spa on Eglinton in Scarborough.

The police missing persons statement says she was last seen at Huntingwood & Kennedy, which is a 15 minute drive from Eglinton Avenue East, where her friends indicate they dropped her off. I wonder how she was seen at Huntingwood & Kennedy? Surveillance cameras? Was she seen inside the Scarborough Inn?
