The night Kienan returned to the house - the probability that Kienan be returned to his residence was very low based on research. The longer a kidnap victim is not returned, then the more dire the outcome.

Any indication of why the delay of the Alert in Alberta - has to meet a certain criteria had to be met. The news in Alberta was one of the first news outlets to pick up the Alberta Amber alert.

LE monitored internet and media coverage in alberta was extensive....potentially even more extensive than in BC.

I can tell you that this is one of the best days the LE has had. The dedication of the LE members...their hearts and souls put into it. Kienan returned and now being able to tell the community that Hopley is in jail - the 150 members of LE and investigators = very proud of the work done.
