WOW, unbelievable! I agree it is very disgusting! He was ONE individual, he was not the whole military. If he was a Doctor, would they put hate and blame on all doctors....geesh people wake up and think about it! His actions have nothing to do with the military.

I think that lady fell in a river or something? That article is from Jan. 27 - pretty sure there are more updated ones that say she's deceased.

ETA: I'm wrong (sorry about that) - all I can find is that they called off the search b/c they think she fell through the ice ... footprints led to the river ...

Why not kill her there at the house? He got away with leaving evidence at the homes of the other victims so what made him change his MO?..As it turns out it was his car (tires) that did him in so it didn't really matter & he also faced the risk of being seen dumping her body..All in all he wasn't very cautious or just plain arrogant.

Her home is located on hwy 37, which is a very open area. His vehicle parked in her driveway for any length of time would have been spotted. Mainly farms and homes are dotted all the way along that route, with many people working and travelling up and down that road at all hours. Not too many sideroads or places to hide a vehicle either. The press makes it sound like no one ever travels that road, but many travel back and forth from Tweed to Belleville 2 times daily.

I would really like to have that one account of how RW was a ladies' man and pick-up artist corroborated by at least one other person. The majority of stories describe him as sporadically personable, but introverted. If he was such a stud in the local bars, surely someone else could come forward and confirm it.

We have to remember that the media will print just about anything anyone tells them. :banghead:
