If the POI turns out to be a serial killer then its time to make a longer list of potential victims. Anybody who mysteriously vanished or was murdered could be a potential victim of this guy if he is a serial killer.

I have seen 4 names of possible victims if they can all be tied to the same perp. The 3 listed on the first page of the thread and maybe Cameron Bailie has also been mentioned somewhere and including the link to the article for him. That makes possibly 4 unless they are not related.

This 5th person Dominik Prusinski actually knew Rori, so we probably need to add another one to the potential list.

This is all just a theory right now since we dont yet know if the perp was a serial killer but until proven otherwise there sure seems to be lots of mysterious killings that went on. Some guys and some girls.

"The victim, a woman whose remains were found in the basement of a home on McMillan Drive on Friday, has not been identified.

Constable George Tudos adds that DNA testing will be needed to confirm the victim’s identity and autopsy results are needed before any further details can be confirmed."

Does anyone know exactly what "improper interference of a body" means? From my quick search, it seems like it's a misdemeanor and indicates that someone didn't dispose of a dead person by burying or cremation.

Anyone have some legal info on this charge?

Thanks as that is what it will take is to find any possible connections with the perp and/or the victims.

With Cameron's case I think he may have been found in the same location as the torso was found if I am reading things right. That is why I thought it was good to list his case. I saw a reference that Cameron was found near Lakeview Park and when reading about the torso washing up, I think it was the same area unless I read things wrong.

2-Dominik was a friend of Rori
3-Cameron's body was found in same location as the torso (I confirmed Lakeview park is near the Oshawa pier and that is near where torso was found)

So far, it doesn't look like he is charged with anything regarding the explosive device. Just interference with a dead body.

And it's odd that they haven't said if the body was murdered - did he just happen to have a dead body in his home?

Really disturbing when something like this happens so close to home. Apparently this guy worked in the gas station that is in the Tim Hortons parking lot, where my son worked. Will be very interesting to see how this plays out, and to hear details of what exactly LE found in that house. Something tells me that either they got very lucky and stumbled across this guy's first victim, or this is going to be a horror show that has been going on for decades.

No hurry on LE's part. They've got the guy in custody. They have to figure whose body it is, then try and put together a case against him. Thats when charges will be laid. He's not going anywhere.

Well, at least they confirmed it was a pipe bomb they detonated.

Is it possible he had mummified remains of a relative who had died of natural causes? This is totally my speculation based solely on the wording and actions by LE.

They've been there a long time for them not deeming the death a homicide yet. This is all kinds of strange.
