IIRC, there was some press speculation that it may have been for CM's birthday. I'll try to find the reference when I get home tonight.

In the ditch photo, is the LE officer standing on roadway looking down, covering his mouth. I know it could mean anything, including the obvious. Has anyone enlarged to zoom in??

That reporter clarified there is nothing to read into. The officer was just wiping sweat from his face.

Great point about TM possibly scheduled to be somewhere for SB's Monday work shift. Or was someone coming over to look after TM?


There will be a update from LE at 2:30pm MST.

Maybe that person was already there.

The LE has probably tracked his cell activity. There's was a case recently, where a women was found dead in her home that was set on fire, but the little girl whom she was watching (victim was little girls godmother) was missing, LE quickly called a friend of victims (who was a pedofile) had him come in, of course he said he didn't knownanything, but LE tracked his phone right to a secluded area, where they found the girl duct taped, but alive. It was great work from the LE. This case seems very similar.

I was thinking the same thing - cell activity or possibly gps activity from his car.

I don't think anyone's surprised about that. Hubby and I were talking earlier about this and we both hate it but we had the same thought that whoever took this baby girl befriended the mother specifically to get to TM. I really want to be wrong about that.

I was just listening to an update on my local news talk radio station with a reporter on the scene..... she said they have asked the media to move back from the search area. Not sure how far back.

I sure hope they find her soon and she is okay

I've seen this too. But this kind of court proceeding is extremely commonplace - child support matters are before the courts all the time. What we don't know is whether their legal dealings over support were acrimonious. If not then I don't personally find it particularly compelling information.

The first sentence in that article states that they are searching for the girl.

I'm sure LE has quite a bit of new information.... and my bets are it isn't good.

If they are searching an area, "someone" has told them information that would cause them to search a specific area. The suspect hasn't been released.

I think the rest is "put 2 & 2 together" situation.

Maybe they were engaging in "rough" relations. It went bad by accident,he panicked. Put SB in closet when TM woke up, told her Mummy went to work and she would spend the day with him. Or she witnessed it, but my guess is, if she was indeed in the closet, the killer was trying to hide her to give himself time, to prevent someone from seeing her.
