The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault and requesting assistance identifying a man.

On Saturday, November 23, 2013, at approximately 1:50 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was on an eastbound Gerrard Street East streetcar.

It is reported that:

- a man entered the streetcar at Broadview Avenue and Gerrard Street East

- the boy walked toward the rear doors of the streetcar to prepare to exit and a man forced his way towards the rear doors to where the boy was standing

- as the streetcar stopped near Logan Avenue, the man sexually assaulted the boy

- the boy exited the streetcar as did the man, in different directions

- the man walked northbound on Logan Avenue

The man is described as white, 35-40 , 5'10", 175 lbs. He had a slight goatee, a hoop earring in his left ear and a band-type tattoo on his right wrist.

"Toronto Police are once again asking the public for information of the death of 22-year-old Kasandra Bolduc, pulled from Lake Ontario more than a year ago.

Bolduc, who hails from northeastern Ontario, was reported missing in November 2012, having last been heard from on Sept. 28, 2012.

Her body was discovered in a bag on May 22, 2013 by the Toronto police’s marine unit at the foot of Yonge Street in the waters of Lake Ontario.
