Carissa Balkissoon, 15, was last seen on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. in the
Warden Avenue/Highway 401 area.
She is described as brown, 5’3”, 134 lbs., brown eyes with long, black, wavy hair.
Police are concerned for her safety.

She has not maintained communication with her family for the past few months which has
caused concern for her family and police.
At this time, police do not suspect foul play.

It is believed she may be frequenting the Etobicoke area.

Something needs to be done.
 
I was homeless at 16 and living in a Covenant house downtown Toronto in 2004. I remember that it was a very dangerous place and two instances in particular make me realize how lucky I was to escape Toronto alive. To this day, I have no desire to go back there. Everywhere else in Canada is okay but there is something dark going on in GTA.

"Toronto police say they are worried about a 67-year-old man who left his home in a taxi Thursday morning and never returned.

Michael “Mickey” John Hamill left his Junction-neighbourhood home in a cab shortly before 8:45 a.m. He was dropped off at a restaurant in the area of Runnymede Road and Bloor Street West and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

Speaking with CP24 Friday night, Hamill’s daughter-in-law said any tips are appreciated.

“We are looking beyond High Park now and the family appreciates any help,” Elisa De Swert said.

About 60 volunteers are currently taking part in the search, in addition to 20 police officers.

Victoria Larabie is from Douro-Dummer Township, near Peterborough. She was reportedly picked up by someone driving a black SUV around 11:30 a.m. near Norwood, approximately 30 kilometres northwest of Peterborough, heading towards Hwy. 115
