I am with you 100% on that. I am not convicting her of murder at all...I think few people are doing that at this point here at WS. But I think if she tries to say the car was moved and someone else put a body in the trunk, and coincidentally her daughter is still missing, no reasonable juror will buy that. IMOO
The word that everyone forgets in a trial is reasonable. Doubt has to be reasonable.

There's other important evidence that could be gotten, like witesses to her dumping the body, or at least people seeing her in an unusual location around June 16. They may also be trying to figure out whether Cindy, and particularly George were involved in any way in the coverup, or had knowledge about Caylee's murder/accident that they won't reveal.

And I can't help but think they are conducting/have conducted 2nd interviews with a number of her "friends" now that they have more information about the case. IMOO

But there is an internal timestamp as well. I thought LE said both matched, confirming the 15th.

"A good lawyer knows the law; a clever one takes the judge to lunch."
This is so true. If you pizz off the judges you are not to smart. Not to mention LE.
Jose Baez has a lot to learn.

ok I'm sorry, probably no one cares what I thnk, but I'm gonna go ahead and share. I suspect that Caylee was in the trunk on the 18th when the shovel was borrowed, and placed in the yard by the house in the corner. Then on the 24th George found out, whether Casey told him or he discovered it. He then helped Casey put her back in the trunk. Letls see if George's cell phone pings match Casey's on the 24th aye? then Casey dumps the car at amscot. Three days later it is towed. Amscot people don't go check the car out they just call for directions on what to do. Tow guy had a cold, plus he pulls up, hooks up and off he goes, there ten minutes. George says nothing when the tow place owner comes over to the car and says it smells like a suicide car we once had here. George says nothing, doesn't call the cops right there, I would have. Nope, he gets in the car and drives it home, where he cleans out the trunk and Cindy washes the clothes, and knife, when? After she calls 911? After Casey is arrested. this is all jmo of course.
I care. :)

I still am not 100% about GA and the 24th. I think he may not have seen her then...

In the court system you have to PROVE BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Prove the tow company owner had a cold.
Car left on the 27th and picked up on the 30th. In those 3 hot days I am sure something would have started smelling. Surprised actually AMSCOT did not smell something. Leave a piece of steak or a dead animal in a enclosed area and it should start to stink in 3 days.
Also I am confused if she killed Caylee on the 16th, hauled her around in the car.. car would have stunk on the 24th when GA got out the gas cans and it would have smelled in the AMSCOT parking lot. (not plausible hard to prove)
If she killed Caylee on the 16th, buried her in the backyard,(this accounts for the dirt found in trunk) moved her on/around the 27th, ran out of gas, would not have one of the other employees that "did not have a cold" smell this odor? Why didn't the tow company owner CALL THE POLICE when he got over his cold to report THIS ODOR if he knew what human decomp smells like??? Just some questions I would have as a juror.

Keep in mind,, I am not trying to CLEAR casey with this line of thought... however... what about this whole thing has been NORMAL??

Good one maybe under different circumstances, but they won't wash in this case.............a good attorney would go another route.........

I don't think the tow truck driver (the one with the cold) was the one that knew what decomp smells like. It was the person at the tow trunk company that escorted George to the car that knew what decomp smelt like b/c it reminded him of the smell he had smelt before, where a guy had committed suicide in a car.

According to Ciondy, no dog alerted anywhere. IIRC

Nope, CA did say that one dog hit there and the other one didn't. I just watched the short version again.

There is a longer Greta one out there, I just haven't found it yet again tonight, but in that one, Cindy specifically waves towards where the bush was replanted.

Yes............or changing the date on the camera...........I have done that many times when I had the date wrong. You can change it in the computer and reload it to the camera.

You know one thing that just bugs the heck out of me for some reason? On the 3rd 911 call Cindy told the operator that the last time that she saw Caylee was JUNE 7TH, not June 9th or June 15th. Where did that date come from? JMO and may mean nothing, but has stayed in my mind. I would like to hear someone elses thoughts on it.

Just to clarify, I totally agree with you about Casey, but the stuff on the video last night was about CINDY and Jose. Hmmm, might apply there, too, IDK.

Oops sorry. See what happens when you don't read the entire 15 pages you missed while managing to get your toddler ready for bed?

When you say if her body is still missing , do you mean during a muder trial?
The procustion in different states have won muder cases without bodies,
Off the top of my head Katherine Rutan comes to mind.
So if it wasn't proven to be driven off the lot or a dead body placed in the trunk are you next going to say someone pour cavdar fluid in the trunk?
I think those air tests , are precise, and I am gonna stand by that statement and as hard as it is to type this, I think the decomposer smell in her car was from poor little Caylee's body.

Could you really forget that the last time you saw your granddaughter was when you brought her to see your own father on father's day when it was just 4 weeks before? I find that near impossible to believe. IMOO
It's possible if you believe (as I do) that Cindy has a way of pushing bad memories out of her mind and continues to live in her perfect world - there would be a bad memory association with that day because Cindy's mother was discussing the stolen money from their bank account and what needed to be done about it. JMO

Does anyone happen to know why there is crime scene tape around the Anthony's front yard today? (Sorry if this has been mentioned before.....I just logged on) Is this something the Anthony's placed there?
http://media.myfoxorlando.com/live/mobilecam2.html
It's George's attempt to claim the sidewalk and grass between sidewalk and street as his personal property.

I jsut thouht of something. It isn't his at all. The deed is in Cindy's name only.

I care. :)

I believe G and the liar disposed of the body after it had been put in the back yard temporarily and moved. There is no telling how many times that body has been moved now. All LE know the best place to hide a body is somewhere which has already been searched and cleared before.

I just hope LE has kept a good eye on G and Lee.

That is a higher number than I would have expected under the circumstances publicized that it was only AN ALIVE CAYLEE THAT WAS BEING SEARCHED FOR. People/Searcher's don't want to be used for an unrealistic goal. It is due to the public statements of CA being made & published in both print & visual, which I suppose would have been her goal to decrease the SEARCH EFFORTS. Look how long it took for TES to be contacted by this family. Just about anybody having any contact with them in interviews pointed them in the direction of TES, gave phone numbers, background, etc. & yet this family refused until apparently according to TP CA finally gave in & made contact issuing the public statement that this action was due to satisfy the "maggots"/public.

wow wow

Can someone clarify what the 'pool box' is?

To me it looked like a large long plastic box with a lid that raises up. Kinda like a toy box or cedar chest. I think it had a green top and brown bottom. Don't quote me on the colors though. :)

Yes, and Casey says 31 DAYS, very clearly. That would not be the 7th or the 9th...
