I consider that bad lawyering. She hasn't be charged. He needs to prepare for the trial at hand. They may not even use him if additional charges are filed. But I dont know an attorney who plans strategy on charges that MIGHT be filed...JMO
While I too think that the calls were probably Casey panicked about something another thought crossed my mind today.
What if Casey just wanted to go out and was desperately looking for them to babysit Caylee. Maybe out of frustration she "did away" with Caylee.
I have so many conflicting theories about what really happened to Caylee. I bet I'm not the only one.:blowkiss:
Links please!! That is mean hearted GOSSIP! AND untrue!!
Those are the 3 words left in my head. Amy mentioned Casey never mentioned the name Zanny till the end and she thought it was funny Zanny the Nanny. What a screwed up case. Such a small child and such huge mistruths as Granny would say.
Its impossible to link to a board that no longer exists but has been deep sixed. Link please that this is *untrue*.
have you seen this http://www.ustream.tv/channel/murtwitnessone-live
The thing that strikes me as being odd..among many things of course is Casey's usage of the word NANNY. At least here on the East Coast Nanny's are primarily referred to people that move into your house to help care for your child. Anything else is referred to as a babysitter or day care provider..where you drop your child off. Did she use the term Nanny b/c it rhymed with Zanny and she could say "I said the name Zanny many times but you must have heard Nanny"..it's all so bizarre. Some say she used the term Nanny b/c it made her sound like she had money. BUT IMO the fact that you live with Mommy and Daddy dispute that fact ten fold.
Hi bunnypheonix1, JB did have a co-council at Casey's 'First' Bond hearing. His name was Mike Walsh. I have no idea who he is, or if he just stepped in for a cameo appearance at the hearing. There are photos of him and JB, with Casey in the middle, sitting at the defense table at the hearing. He seems to have disappeared into thin air.
(ps Have a nice time at dinner!):blowkiss:
This is a good point. But remember, Baez is representing an odd client. Casey's reactions are strange, to say the least. She doesn't react to things the way most people do. Her initial lies to LE about her job at Universal, as one example, were absurd. I still can't comprehend how she thought that LE wouldn't get to the bottom of that. So who can know what Casey is insisting or claiming in privacy? And don't be so convinced that she's entirely mute when she meets with Baez. Again, Baez is not obligated to inform the public about the status of his defense.

I read on here somewhere (apologies) that .... (snipped) from the correspondence?
Any more info. on that?
You are right Chilly. The media was questioning why stuffed animals were thrown in the trash, IIRC a car tire had run over the bag and it ripped and items were exposed. The theories started flying and Lee was questioned by the media. Lee told them that they smelled like smoke so they were thrown away.
