I think Miss Casey may find the process horrifyingly eye-opening.

Sitting in her little cell, hearing only Jose and his cohorts talk about what they're doing on her behalf, must lull her into a certain sense of safety.

Wait till she has to face the state's attorneys discussing the minutiae of the evidence against her, with the camera eye fixed squarely on her face.

I think she's in for a big reality check.

I don't know about that. Look how stone faced she was in court when they kept talking about Caylee's remains. I, or any normal mom, would have been hysterical hearing some of the things they said. IMO of course.

I just saw this up in today's news. Didn't Judge Perry tell Baez this was a final decision 2 days ago that Casey had to attend the hearings? And now here he goes asking again!!

It says it is the Order. I was shocked too when I saw this.

Oh good, I think you're right. Since JB has pulled so may fast ones before nothing he could do would shock me.

ICA does not have to attend status hearings that will be held every 45 days is what I recall HHJP only agreed to. ICA must be in attendance at All other hearings.

Which I guess accounts for her wearing the same outfit yesterday as she did Monday. Apparently JB thought HHJP would rule in her favor. Not ......
