Here's how I think I'd see it if I were Casey:

I'm a POI - LE suspects me but they haven't ruled out other possibilities. I may get away with this yet.

Chit! I'm a suspect - LE is looking at me and only me. They are no longer looking into any other possible scenarios, and are concentrating soley on nailing my hide to the wall. I'm doomed.

Is it possible that they postponed Casey's arraignment until the 14th so that they can have a few more days to get that murder charge against her? Seems something is up since they changed her original arraignment 24 hours before it was to take place..
My thoughts are, the other charges will be dropped before the 14(child neglect), and murder charges will take its place!

I have thought all along they would dismiss the neglect/abuse charges right before they charged her with a capital crime rather than just upgrade them. The reason I think they will dismiss them, is just in case they can't get the conviction they want on the capital case, they can again charge her in that one.

Turbo, do you know if the state attorney would have to do this prior to the arraignment on the child neglect charges?
That is what I am thinking for some reason, that we should see murder charges of sorts before the 14th..

If I understand your post correctly, then I am given to think that:
1. although a suspect cannot be re-tried on acquitted murder charges in FL
THEY COULD
2. be re-charged again later on lessor charges that were previously dropped? (i.e. neglect?)

SUSPECT couldn't come fast enough IMO! Everyday KC is able to enjoy the daily creature comforts of life while her innocent baby girl is most likely being left to decompose in either a swampy area, a landfill or just in the godforsaken woods somewhere is a day TOO long!!! This madness has GOT to end!! While mere strangers are having their hearts torn out at just the THOUGHT of Caylee being done harm her "MOTHER" acts like she has NOT A CARE IN THE FREAKING WORLD as she gallivants to and from her "ATTORNEY's" office like the heralded Queen of England so she can spin yet MORE LIES!!! She cares nothing for her daughter, her parents, supporters, AND DEFINITELY NOT OUR TAX DOLLARS BEING WASTED on a freaking circus case that can just be solved if she would open her BLEEPING mouth and end this soap opera!!! But noooooo!The truth would be "beneath" KC instead she has to open up our wallets and take this to trial on a not guilty plee of course and drag her parents through even more tremendous pain as the evidence is laid out for all to see what a pathological, devious, EVIL, monster she is who had the audacity to extinguish the one unselfish gift she ever gave to this world, sweet, precious Caylee. May your memory in death be cherished more than your short little life was!!

I am so very happy that CA was able to get a tattoo before she is incarcerated for the last/final time. It will be treasured souvenir of how....

Not sure if anybody mentioned it, but on one of the newscasts they said her cases had been consolidated to one judge - the one (Strickland?) that said her and the truth were strangers.

That made me feel good. heh

The economic crimes and the child neglect had been separated, 2 different judges.
