Casey seeing clergy in jail

I don't think the clergyman is passing messages. Why would he do that? KC was at home on bail for quite awhile and I would think that if they had anything to discuss it would be done then. She has a lot of time on her hands and is probably just trying to amuse herself with his visits. I don't know why GA, CA and LA have not visited her or phoned, or maybe she is denying their visits/phone calls. She did that the last time too. I don't understand that. Maybe JB considers GA and CA unstable and is afraid of what they might do/say in the presence of jail personnel and tape recordings.

IMO, This is just a ploy by the defense to make Casey appear "normal" or sorry for what she has done. She'll never confess...she still thinks she's gonna get off.

I think that Casey things she is "punishing" her family for NOT keeping her out of jail by not allowing them to see her. She sees it as a privlage for them to "get" to be in her presence. That is how she thinks.

I am sure she is just trying to prove her innocence to this man. She wants to talk to somebody and he is not going to confront her or ask questions.

A true sociopath NEVER has a "come to Jesus" moment. They aren't capable of feeling bad so why would they need Jesus??? They have theirself!

:rolleyes:So, I guess she has given up her rosary beads and has turned Protestant.

The parents have probably asked the minister to help them re-build their "relationship" with Crazy.

I dont really see KC as a religious church going gal but alot seem to
turn to Religion when they are nailed and stuck in jail Susan Atkins
turned to Religion, remember?
At one time she even had a religious website.
KC will probably have a religious Myspace pretty soon.

I have a feeling G and C dont want to see her but its just a hunch.
i think theyre so mad that Caylee is missing, in their minds, and they DO
blame KC. I think right now they'd just prefer to keep their distance from her, she has an attorney so they feel she is on her own in this mess she created, IMO
It doesnt seem like Lee is having much to do with her either. Remember, he is only 25, has his own place and a job, he needs a life, too. I dont think he will let Kc stop it. I think he was more there to help his parents out. I dont know why I am the only one that think this way.

I bet she will not even tell the truth to the clergy. In her mind, she did nothing wrong. My opinion of course.

The clergy visits are just that, another means for attention, negative or positive attention, thats all the Casey thrives on, pure & simple. :behindbar

Criminal Profiler Says: Casey is Punishing Everyone
...Dr. Schurman-Kauflin said that there are signs to look for, which could signify Anthony is getting ready to talk.
"Look for her to turn to religion and either attempt to or speak of fleeing. When she gets to that point, she is most likely to talk about what really happened."

A link to the article for those who want to read it.
Personally, I think Casey takes visits from clergy just so someone will listen to her ridiculous tales and tell her she is loved.
:furious:

I totally agree.

:woohoo:

You are not the only one. I share your intuitions on this, with the added feeling that KC is not eager for the parents' visits either. When she was on house arrest, she spent as little time as permitted with Cindy and Geo.

I remember that too! There are steps to guilt, and that was one of the last ones. (turning to religion)

It was a psychologist who said if we saw KC meeting with Clergy or finding religion we would soon hear a confession. I thought it was on NG but I could be wrong.

It also makes for a chapter in the movie or the book, got to fill in some spaces.

It seems there is a protocol for people who are indicted on murder: deny everything, hire a spokesperson for themselves or the family along with a spiritual advisor and defense attorney/attorneys, set up some sort of fund for something, and if you can't fake the tears then act real, real sad.
