You are right! I just keep thinking about probation ending but you are right - the defamation case! And meanwhile TM continues to do good and RK stays under the radar and JB writes a book and takes on a freak show that might have killed a woman in Aruba for insurance policy and LKB gets a beautiful actress to play her in a film about her and convicted murderer Phil Spector and AL teaches students how to lie and get murderers off - just MO.

I think something hinky is definately going on. I wouldn't be very surprised if by the time her probation is over, she goes under the radar with a new name and bail off the face of the earth.
You'd think they'd want her out of their hair by now-Why can't they just move this along and get with the program. Too much wasted effort on a nothing.

Umm - because Mason is heading up this one and he has done sweet booger all on it so far? :waitasec:
They have had almost a year to prepare the brief. I can buy some of the other extensions due to delays getting transcripts. This is all on their own lack of preparation if they cannot have the initial brief completed by now. I hope it is denied and they have to file immediately. You can very they have it sitting there ready to file, in case if a denial. Of course we are talking about this special person and her special attorneys. Excuse me while I get over the nausea.

What is up with the judicial system in Florida? FCA keeps getting extensions and the IRS has done nothing about all the money she owes. unfreakenbelievable!
When you watch other trials and see how judges run the courtroom, only then will you take note of how bad JP was. How can they keep postponing depositions. She should have been made to do that while locked up. She's going to take off the minute her parole is up. That shouldn't have been kept secret either. This case and the Florida system is very aggravating.

Not sure what you mean here - it is the Florida Appeals Court that is granting these extensions - JP has nothing at all to do with it. :waitasec:

...I just threw him in as he is part of the system. If it weren't for him, this whole thing would have turned out differently and her fat azz would be in a prison cell.
..Many thought he was the best thing since slice bread. If you watched the Michael Jackson trial, you would see how a real judge manages a courtroom.
Perry was terrible...so I blame a lot of this on him.

To me that was NEVER a coincidence.
There is no way that Casey did not "lift" ZG's info from Sawgrass and use it. ZG looked at an apartment on June 17th! That is when the Zanny kidnapping/never returned Caylee to Sawgrass story was born. True to form, Casey is like Keyser Soze and used everything in her surroundings to spin her tale. She was driving around in a panic trying to figure out where to put Caylee's poor little body and trying to come with her story when timer 55 ran out.
She saw Zanieda that day. For sure.

It's not just Florida. There are certain people that know how to work the system and kept **** stirred up all the time. When it's being stirred it can't settle and that benefits them.

I know it's the same argument because that is what made my eyes roll up into the back of my head!!!!! I was like, haven't they argued this before and lost? Same old, same old. They keep arguing the same thing and hoping for a different result, the very definition of insanity.

Here's where I am hoping HHBP really comes through for us. He is known to make unappealable rulings so I am sure hoping that he scores another win with this one.
I know many posters lost their respect for him during the trial - but I was always massively impressed with the huge amound of "homework" he did on his rulings before he ever walked into court to hear the arguments. I find it hard to believe that the appeals panel doesn't know of him and his hard thorough work and his immaculate reputation and will rule in the State of Florida's favour with a big fat... :denied:and a big fat ... :ignore: also!
And I gotta tell you - have I ever been waiting to use those two icons again...:floorlaugh: - feels good!!!
