Perp Anthony dated KD directly before JG. DIRECTLY BEFORE. She then accused JG of being the daddy. We all know she came to JG knocked up.

KD is not of Facebook, Myspace or any of the other usual interwebz haunts. (I've been a-sleuthin... might have found his father but not him.)

Methinks is the Wee Darlings father. And that he has known if for quite a while. Long enough to make it hard for "the bloggers" to track him.

If its him, my heart goes out to him.

I think I am going to stick to my initial reaction. I believe that Casey went to the Anthony home, on one of her many visits while her parents were gone, and wrote the journal entry for Cindy to see. I think Casey herself tore out the other pages and that they are now long gone.

That doesn't explain why or who put the year '03 on the journal... but I think the only thing that really matters is that it proves that someone in that house put the '03 there to throw off Law Enforcement.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post a link here, but I think I found his old myspace page. It actually has a message from Casey on it (dated 4 years ago). His profile says he's Asian so I don't think he's Caylee's father.

Recall that lists of Caylee's milestones and sonogram photos were found in the Anthony's trash. Wonder if those journal pages were in there too??? Remember...when the shamrock hat was found?

Actually, no, I don't recall that part. :waitasec: I remember the shamrock hat, but, didn't recall the sonogram & milestones stuff. Need to find that thread now.

glad you have been soo very good AZ! Just a quick point I wanted to make, if indeed KC didn't know who the father was she might have narrowed it down to 3. KD, Marcus, and JG. After Caylee was born, she might have determined that this child didn't appear to be 1/4 asian, and moved onto blame JG. Once JG was ruled out by paternity testing, KC went back to the Marcus (MH?) as being her final person on the list that wasn't ruled out in by physical appearance or DNA testing. This is just a theory I have, no links but it does fit with the pieces that we know right now.

Do you have further info to support that she dated KD directly before JG, or is this from the info we surmised from the ghost writings that may have been written just after new years in what we believe to be 2005? I agree that the timing lines up because she was with JG when she was pregnant (right?) sometimes my time frames get a little mushy after awhile.

I think she knew perfectly well that the father wasn't JG, as she didn't start dating JG until after the time she ought to have known she was pregnant.

Why even go to the trouble of writing anything like that in a journal if that is your fear. Just go into your computer and lock the document. Mom can't get in without the password.

For me, it is just too much of a coincidence that the date is June 21st for that entry to not be about poor Caylee "missing". Say she did the deed on the 16th, that's 5 days later- 5 days of partying and hanging with her boyfriend and living the Bella vita that she wanted, and just enough time for her to be riding the 'high' from it all and convinced herself that it was the right thing to do, but... After those first 3 or so days, as more questions get asked and more worries might threaten to shake her happiness, who else does she have to turn to but her trusty journal? JMO!

Yes, I think she wrote that passage while she was staying at Tony's and Cindy never had a chance to get her mitts on the diary or nose through it until Lee brought it back to the house with Casey's other things the night she was arrested.

I feel Cindy tore out pages she felt were seriously incriminating but didn't tear out everything because it seemed vague enough and writing in the '03 would really fool the dumb cops. No need to do more.

I wish I understood why everything of Casey's wasn't confiscated that night or really shortly after. Did LE really trust that family? There should have been no leeway. Take everything and sort it out later. The whole diary thing and why it was left behind as long as it was puzzles me.

I mean, the cop saw Cindy take $200 out of Casey's wallet, saw Cindy going for the ID card, which was thankfully grabbed. THAT NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO HAPPEN!

I love LE in this case but still they irked me in the beginning.

Sorry if this is the wrong thread for this, but since the journal may be from the time period of Caylee's conception, I thought it may be relevant.

Does anyone know if we know Casey's actual Due Date? I know it has been said Caylee was full term, but that can mean anywhere from 37-42 weeks, which gives ovulation dates anywhere from October 26 to November 30, 2004. It would be nice to be able to narrow that down a little bit.

When I first saw the journal, my thought was that Cindy gave it to Casey as a Christmas present - a stocking stuffer type thing. Of course, Cindy would want Casey to write in it. And of course, Cindy would read it given the chance. We know that she got on Casey's computer and snooped around - of course, she had reason to do so.

I guess we will never know the true story of what is written in the journal and when it was written. I would hope that LE confiscated all the ink pens in the house - red ones, and that they tested the ink on '03 against the rest of the writing in the journal. Hopefully there is more that we have not yet been told.

As much time as I have spent reading all of Casey's letters, doodles, drawings, request for a private meeting, complaint that the SA was mad because she turned down their plea deal and her journal ~ But it wasn't until yesterday that I noticed that she very, very rarely dots her "i"s. I wish we had some samples of her earlier writings so we could determine when she started this. It could help us date the journal entry.

I thought it was noteworthy that whoever dated the '03 entry was smart enough to place it on the left-hand page, in the corner, where it was further away from the other red ink so an imperfect match would be less noticeable. If it had been written next to the day and date entry on the right-hand page it would be very close to the other ink and could have shown more apparent inconsistencies.

I went through many of Casey and Cindy's handwriting samples to compare the apostrophe in the '03 entry because I noticed that it looked like it hooked backwards to me. In other words, when I write an apostrophe I make it hooked like a backwards letter "c" but it seemed to me it was curved in the opposite direction ~ like a regular letter "c". (Note: Cindy rarely uses contractions; it was harder to find samples for her.) After all of this digging, I came to no conclusions at all. It looks like they're both pretty inconsistent. But thought you all might see something I missed so am attaching some of the samples I found. If I do this right I think you will be able to tell who wrote what by the title of the attachments. . .

I never bought into the cindy changing the date and ripping out pages theory before. However, you just made me see how and why that may have been exactly what she did do. She couldn't just get rid of it because other people knew about it. I remember Cindy saying something to the effect of her and Casey both being writers.They had to write their feelings out. I think that came about because of the myspace Cindy wrote as an explanation. If so where is Casey's current journal?
