On one of the TV news reports, the reporter said he was the only one allowed in to view Casey's cell.
He said she was in a cell by herself and that it had a single bed, a desk, and a toilet.
There is a TV for the inmates to watch, but it was out of Casey's view.
I'll look for the video.
Here's the link to the reporter talking about Casey's cell. The video is 4 min long.
He begins talking about her cell at 3:30 min into the video.

I bet she will be reading books again!!She needs be in general population then we should be getting answers it would make her wake up!
From that pic it looks like our Casey has just realized REALITY BITES.
This chick actually thought she would get away with all of this.
I'm sure she will. Did you notice she was wearing her glasses when she was being escorted out of the Sherrif's office?
The judge asked if B was going to do a notice of appearence? (what is that)

KC looked a little shocked when the judge said no bond. Surely JB informed her there wasn't going to be a bond set. I think until the judge spoke those words, she actually had a glimmer of hope she might be getting out.

Thank you for the pic!! Wow, that is a very different look froom what I saw yesterday and even when she was in jail before. No bond now, no hope of getting out somehow if she doesnt crack now to try and get a lesser sentence she never will!
In every criminal case in which the defendant has an attorney, it is the "appearance" which is filed with the Court which makes the representation of the defendant, official, so to speak.
It is not anything Baez has to draft. It is a standardized form with fill-in-the-blanks. There is usually a pile of these forms in criminal court.
Traditionally, criminal defense attorneys hesitate to file the appearance till they have been paid. This is so because it is sometimes difficult to get out of a case....as the "appearance" is said to "lock the lawyer in."
The appearance makes his representation official in the eyes of the Court and does not indicate anything else.
Importantly, filing the appearance entitles him to discovery. A lawyer who has not filed this form is not entitled to discovery on a particular case.
Sorry such a loooong answer to such a simple question.:blowkiss:
Not only did she think she would get away with it, but she thought she was going to become some kind of star as a result. Sickening.
