Casey's Last Night At Home Tomorrow can't come fast enough

On the GJ I was on we handed down 4 in one day. We were rather busy, never just one case in a day. That one with the 4 - They were all arrested before the break of dawn the next day. It all depends on how bad LE wants them.

I think LE wants this one badly. I think it's become personal.

I remember hearing about a prosecutor of a woman who killed her four-year old by pouring pepper down her throat. The big, tough DA, who had his OWN four-year old, had to go out, on breaks, to cry.

Maybe she snuck that 200.00 back from Cindy...I would give ANYTHING (almost) to be a fly on the wall in that house!

I don't think the indictment will come down tomorrow - I think it will take until the end of the week - LE has to present their case, then the GJ has to deliberate - then paperwork - so my guess is late Friday or Saturday - I doubt LE will take the weekend off

I thought the same...she would make their heads spin, and I believe she'd lie, if possible. I truly think George has the character, deep inside, to tell the truth, and, imo, LE feels the same way. I feel that's why he's being called testify. He did say Casey didn't want him anywhere near that trunk... it surprised me.

OT, but I thought the GJ was comprised of members of the legal community? If so, why is CA worried that the media will contaminate the GJ? Wouldn't they be trained to only look at the facts presented to them?

WHO ARE GRAND JURORS?

I don't have faith in Casey but I do have faith in god. I have seen him change lifes and change bad situations into a purpose that serves others. I do know what you mean and our statements aren't that far apart. If Casey would truly have a "change" of heart then believe me she would be haunted by the memory of Caylee. This haunting is what would drive her to use her experience to make sure no one else made the mistakes she made. As she is now she isn't sorry, doesn't care, and is more worried about herself. JMHO

I agree with you Jade, I can't believe KC hasn't broken down and confessed to someone,... anyone. I was caught in a lie before and it was humiliating. KC doesn't even act embarassed or ashamed of the lies or the stealing. It would be so humiliating to be caught ON CAMERA stealing from my friend at Target. And KC doesn't act like a girl scared, she almost acts cocky and p!ssed off that the whole world doesn't believe her.

You would think at some point she would fall in her daddy's arms or mom's arms and say, "Dad I can't do this anymore..... I did something terrible......" and confess, repent. Make things right. KC must be made of ice not to have any feelings for the pain she is causing her entire family and the lives she has ruined.

She doesn't even have enough guts to own up to her stealing, so I don't think she will ever confess to God or anyone about Caylee. I pray that God softens KC's heart to at least confess to someone so Caylee can be properly buried.

She's not worried about a contaminated jury. There is no evidence of same.

And, that's interesting. Because the FIRST story he told is that he got into the trunk. Now, he's telling the truth.

I think he tried to go with CAs program for a long time. But, he just cannot get past the cadaver smell.

Does anyone know how long after the grand jury meets that they make a decsion? Could they decide everything tomorrow after hearing everyone testify or is it like a regular trial where they deliberate among themselves to come up with the answer and if there answer is their answer is yes there is enough evidence I wonder how long it it take the LE to arrest Casey?

Wow, I can't believe that this will finally be her last night at home. I believe for sure that she will be indicted for murder 1 tomorrow. She did not look happy walking into the jail for her visit today. Remember the only time she cried was when she was losing her freedom. She will have many nights to cry and I hope she has the worst nightmeres. Her time has come.
This should be one eventful week.

I so hope you are right. I am going to have a hard time sleeping tonight.

Remember you can not lie in a GJ hearing. CA first sentence will throw her in the slammer along side her winner of a daughter.
