Can anyone help with me with if Cindy supposedly talked to Casey in the 31 days. My impression from the myspace comments and the 911 tapes is that Casey was missing too. That she hadn't talked to her at all in that time.

Cindy has stated she and Casey spoke daily by phone , and if there were an instance where she did not personally speak to her, she still received a text or voice message from Casey, she testified to this at the bond hearing.

Ok so maybe it is the same Jeff Hopkins, they use to be close, he moved (lots of comments about him needing to come back to Orlando from various people) he runs into her once this year which based on face book I think was around May 2008.

Jeff Hopkins told me that after he was contacted and informed the family that he'd only seen Casey once over the past year, etc. etc., the family told him that they later learned that Casey was talking about "another" Jeff Hopkins - DUH!!!! :banghead:

In an interview I think this morning Cindy was defending the July 3rd myspace message and interaction with Casey via myspace. She said her, Casey and Lee are all writers and really get out their thoughts best that way.

I kept thinking screenplay.

Okay now I am going to bed because this is just making me angry. I'd be out looking in the forest/park/whathaveyou behind my house and not talking about what a great writer and communicator I am...But that is just me! Have we heard any poems or prose from their daughter? No. Have we been privy to anything but excuses and smoke screens from the family? I'll give them a piece of paper and pen...

Ugh, this is crazy. Can't someone figure out the date they went to see great grandpa? Jeez this family.

But interestingly if Cindy and Caylee are the only ones on the tape, and they did visit on Father's Day, wouldn't that mean that Cindy was the last person seen with Caylee that anyone can verify?

Which is also interesting if it was Father's Day...wouldn't Casey and Lee be with their dad with Caylee (who it seems is like George's third child)...yet we don't see them altogether or hear about how they spent that day. And if it's just Cindy and Caylee, why is that, and that IS interesting that Cindy's the last verifiable one with her...

If they were all together, you'd think they'd have remembered this Father's Day together and none of them would have had the date wrong in the beginning (when they had to have had a calendar to figure things out)...but if they did NOT have some Father's Day together, perhaps it didn't really dawn on most of them that Father's Day had really happened. But why might that have been?

Might the falling out with Cindy and Casey have happened earlier that weekend, after Casey initialy returned home with Caylee from Tony's (the 13th), and thus Caylee and Cindy appear to be alone at the nursing home because the 'split' happened and they really aren't all together?

Scenario: Cindy put her to bed in Casey's room and Casey came home hours later drunk or whatever and accidently smothered her?

Woke up the next morning and had to deal with it.

I think this is the scenario except the smothering part. Toddlers wake up much earlier than drunks that have been up all night partying do. No telling what Caylee could have gotten into while her mother slept off last nights party. Casey wakes up to whatever accident occurred and has to deal with it. She doesn't take responsibility because she has already fought with her mom about her partying, late nights, and general lack of caring for her daughter the way a mother should. And here it is, exactly what her mother has been saying all along. Her sorry ways have cost her daughter her life. Admitting this would be way too much for narcissistic Casey to deal with.

I truly think that she did not worry about Casey's well being until she got a multi-hundred dollar bill in the mail from a towing company that said we have had your car for 2 weeks. In the meantime Casey had been telling her she was in Jacksonville, Cindy believing with the car, Caylee and Jeff Hopkins.

A reporter on Greta Thursday night said he'd gotten in touch with a Jeff Hopkins who confirmed with him he was THE Jeff Hopkins, and classified himself not as a friend but an acquaintance of Casey's. The reporter said Jeff alluded in subsequent emails he wasn't happy with Casey bringing him into this, nor Cindy Anthony for repeating his name in the media. He also said that LE has spoke to him and he did not know a Zanny or introduce her to one at all.

OK so , let's say the nanny is made up, where the heck does one come up with a ficticious name like Zaneida yada gonzales??? If you are making up a name, why not Lisa Brown? I'm sure there are a lot more of them running around out there and it would take LE a looooooooooooooooong time to sift through all of the Lisa Browns to conclude she was making it up! Zaneida, I just don't get it....such an uncommon name, makes no sense.

OMG.... I really don't like this family. IMO the family, Casey all of them are lying and/or using a smoke screen. The date of June 9 could not have been the last time Caylee was seen. The boyfriend's roommate said the 13th, Caseys friend said they took a walk on the 12th, 13th, or 14th, factor in Father's Day. I mean come on, this is sooooooo frustrating, the timeline is off because they want it to be off.

I am just going to have faith in LE that they will/are figuring out what happened, because if you ask me they are all suspect. Why does the family keep saying June 9th?

Oh and why does the mom say in the 911 tapes that Casey has been missing and then say at the bail hearing that she at least talked or texted her everyday? My guess would be because she was missing and she only said that she had contact with her because they wanted the bond lowered and because they wanted to make it look like she didn't just up and disappear whenever she felt like it. I don't think she talked to her at all during the 31 days.

Except after June 13th those 2 guys never saw Caylee.
