Does anyone know if text messages can be retrieved from a cell phone?
If that is possible that would solve a lot about this case.
Since Casey did all this texting to Zanny, her Mom and whoever.

Phone companies keep these records.... it's all on their databases.

Yes... it has been used many times by law enforcement in other cases.

I think the myspace page being deleted was discussed at great length last night. They are pointing to another page. There is no reason to have numerous pages. They are probably tired of dealing with so many.

I have asked this question time and time again. When Casey said it has been 31 days since she saw Caylee, could this have been on the 15th when Cindy had her.

The last person who "truly" last saw Caylee was Cindy. FACT!! On record at the nursing home. Everything after that is "fuzzy"!

I don't pay any attention the the 31 days because every thing Casey has said has been a lie. Why on earth get stuck on this 31 day thing. Doesn't make sense to think it is true and every other single statement is a lie. JMO

I think it's a search warrant they have to have, but I could be mistaken. Now that the FBI has been pulled in, that shouldn't be too difficult at all. Further, you do realize that this applies to voicemail too?

No, a search warrant covers search and seizure, records must be obtained by subpoena. Reason being that in a S&S is specific for most part to the items being sought based on the prob cause affidvait.
Records are supporting evidence that one cannot determine what exactly can be found, but is still based on a prob cause affidavit

I only go with it cause no person on the planet has seen Caylee since June 15th, 16th and that was 31 days.

I know...I know...this is elsewhere on the forum, but the piece about the *advertiser censored* dealers...I don't know if this is all a bunch of crap, BUT if it isn't, I have the sense that the Fusion entity could be tied to *advertiser censored*/sex ring and then Casey's supposed "reversal" would make sense. In my heart, I think it is cut and dried, she did it, the poor baby is gone, BUT I am grasping at straws here. The folks she hung around clearly weren't all that moral.

I have been analyzing audio from Casey Anthony’s phone calls from jail for reverse speech.

A brief explanation of Reverse Speech is that it is messages from the unconscious mind embedded backward into speech. Reverse Speech is revealed when listening to a recording of someone talking, and reversing the audio. There currently is no known way for someone to consciously manipulate what is produced, and therefore can be deemed as highly reliable. Speech reversals will add to information left out in normal speech, negate forward speech with the truth if a lie is told, and reveal how one truly feels about a subject. A speech reversal can occur even if someone is talking about one subject, but thinking of another.

There are thousands of examples regarding reverse speech which can be found on the internet through a simple search.

It would appear as each call Casey Anthony has placed from jail, her speech reversals are revealing more clues as to what is going on. She seems upset that she is perceived as being solely involved with her daughter’s disappearance.

In her reversals she is saying “boys did this” and she has been warned not to talk to police. She is indicating she is scared. She will not tell her friend what is going on as a means to protect her. It may be fair to assume that she extends those concerns to her family as well. During the bond hearing her mother said she believes that someone is threatening Casey in some way.

Her brother, Lee Anthony, asks several different ways about ever calling the baby sitter on her cell phone(s). Her reversals suggest she has not. There is also a question of a lost cell phone, referred to as a Black Jack. Her reversals reveal the cell phone is “trashed” because “Carmen mishandled it” and therefore the cell phone is not lost.

In her July 30, 2008 call to her brother, he asks her if anything has changed. Her response in reverse speech essentially is that she is still holding out on talking about a male that she refers to as the “*advertiser censored* dealer” and notes he is a killer.

The speech reversals from Cindy Anthony are indicating she has been truthful as to what she knows. She appears to believe that her daughter has been deceitful, and deep down she may believe that Caylee has died.

DJ said he never saw Caylee after June 13th. She was at the mom's til July 16th am. Something happened between June 16 and the day the car was found. If the boyfriend didn't see Caylee after June 13 then where was Caylee June 14 up until the party on the 15th? Where did Casey stay? With the BF? or with someone else? I am surprised people aren't coming forward to name the date they saw Casey or Caylee.

If the DJ is to be believed Casey was at their apt without Caylee each of those nights. June 16th,17th,18th on. Caylee and Casey were not at Cindy's any night after June 15th.
