Great minds think alike..
I think Cindy knows and has known from day one that Caylee is dead. She is just as nuts as her daughter.

That is one of the most peculiar things about this. Who the hell goes home and plays on myspace when a child is missing and your car is sitting in the driveway smelling to high heaven?

And BTW, is the smellobile the car that grandma used to pick up Casey and drive to the police station?

With the police station closed, and the hang up to 911 do we really know that she did do this.

Someone made a comment about everyone having to work except Casey. I'm pretty sure Cindy could easily handle their house payment & expenses on her wages. Nurses make pretty decent money, last I heard.

Didn't she state that her "nursing" job was an office job.

This wouldn't be that strange, think about all of the people who are married or just live together who send myspace messages to each other! Hello, look to the right and tell them what you have to say. I don't know why people feel the need to post so much crap online.

I bolded that for my comment.....

ME EITHER!!!!!!!!! I preach to my 18 yr old all the time... why do you feel the need to share EVERYTHING about your life for the world to see!!!!!???? It's so stupid to put it all out there like that. And this texting and my space crap is beyond my comprehension. Why text someone when you can just call them? And why be on myspace and aol im'ing someone you are on the phone with at that very moment? It's ridiculous.

LOL, I guess you had your coffee- "smellmobile" pardon my darkness but it certainly does put it in perspective. Doubtful, but good question. I would add, where was the pizza from that was found in the bag and can it be tied to GP and GMA

What skeeved me about this is that Casey used myspace in her "job" as a promoter for that Fusian club. All those myspace and facebook messages about going out to the club and $5 drinks? That's one of the things a promoter does to drum up business (think Punkin Pie in the Phil Spector case).

Since there is no possible way they would be able to find Caylee on myspace, either Casey was checking in with her network, or grandma was making her show the myspace pages of people who might possibly have Caylee.

I wonder if LE has asked News Corp (co-incidentally, also the owner of Fox News) to provide logs of the myspace pages that were accessed by that IP late on the night of July 15th. If the sheriff's didn't, I'd bet the feds will.

Deputy on phone (FoxNews)
reason to believe child is dead?
actually still working with hope that she is alive. Obviously, there is some evidence to contrary, but we are still working with hope
New Information?
Several calls...... lawyer has made statement that somebody saw her getting on airplane. Use the Crime Line if you see her or have info. We will follow up.
Considering allegations that she was abused?
One of the things we are investigating. Still trying to ascertain.
Living with the grandmother when child disappeared? Do you think Cindy knows more than she's saying?
(He talked around that one; didni't really answer)
Do you believe that the mother will help if she's released?
If she has info, absolutely she should come out with it. (Again, not really answer to the question)
done

Why in the world cant she talk behind bars?
Sounds like a real control issue....she could have her attorney be there at the jail with her while she talked and tol the Police what she knows.
If Caylee was kidnapped and I dont believe she was, I would think she would WANT to talk no matter WHRE she is!

Cindy half-a@@ described her job at the hearing yesterday. Saying she had 5 weeks vacation, she was using now, and a job related emergency fund that would pay her while this is going on. The way I understood her, she worked in an office, not on the floor.
IMO

DB- Casey's beau du jour was Tony Lazzarro, the promoter for Fusion- she was being "girlfriendlysupportive"

this is another thing that makes me wonder, the car with smelly garbage in it.....doesnt Cindy strike you as a neat freak type? Why wouldnt she want that smelly car cleaned out? They ust let it sit there smelling to high heavens?

I'd like to be a fly on the wall in Cindy's office, ya think their looking forward to her return.

Didn't Cindy testify yesterday that Casey was also working doing promotion for that club? Of course you're right, it could have been a *cough* unpaid position...

(snip)
A representative of the Orange County Sheriff's Office also said that detectives received a tip from a woman who claimed to be nearly certain she saw Caylee boarding a flight to Atlanta at Orlando International Airport. She was accompanied by a woman in her 40s, but officials said there was a lack of detail in the tip. The flight number was not know or even the day of the sighting.

I think the detective actually said it when the prosecutor asked him if Casey had a job.

Somehow free drinks are involved. :)
The Hard Rock was also mentioned as a source of employment ????

OME, you're welcome.

I missed that clip you just mentioned. Maybe Caylee's toys are in a Florida room or a family room? Or maybe one of those type rooms were converted into a playroom for her. Since Caylee and Casey shared a room, maybe there wasn't much room for toys?

Interesting, considering Cindy is the one that got the call!

Thanks, guys. That's right - I forgot about the Hard Rock. Is that in the Uni Studios complex in Florida the way it is here in LA?

Gpa signed the affidavit to turn over the car and the garbage bag containing the pizza right? I suspect that if there was pizza in the car, it was deliberately put there to, ah, mask what might other wise have been pretty overwhelming....Something tells me when the car arrived from the towing company, GPA cleaned it out just out of habit....
