I don't think they really read up on this case at all. That just frosts my shorts. I really think it's all about the publicity which sets a disgusting precedent for the future and I hope that the DA shuts it down. This guy Leonard is so arrogant it's driving me nuts. Plus I don't think a guy who spent a year in jail should be authorized to have Casey in custody.

My TV's been taken over by a 4 year old and Spongebob. Can someone tell me if I am getting this correct - Leonard Padilla said that Casey will be staying with her parents once she's out? And so he will be staying in the house too? If so, oh wow.........

( earlier in a news report).
So she is going home?

Leonard said--"She'll go to reside at her parents home and she'll have electronic monitoring, we have ah our people 24/7 with her, and its not like she's going free. And I believe that what the situation is is that she will open up as to whose got the child. I'm convinced that she turned the child over to somebody and that there's some ah ah communication ah problems there between her and whoever has the child."

Then he goes on about the reward money and not being interested.

I am so glad to see you post your concerns and questions about Caylee's age in that Father's Day video. I had the same reaction of her appearance in that video compared to her in that photo in the striped sundress.

I want to go and do some more comparisons on her photos and that video.

I understand about tight pony tails and it can sometimes cause hair loss, but hers is a bit much and it appears deep. I'm not so sure its due to the pony tail. The Father's Day video bothers me in the way she looks both at the end of the video and while cuddled tight against her Great grandfathers chest. The age looks considerably off to me. The video and photo do not in my eyes, resemble a little girl nearly three. How could she regress so visually? Having a diffucult time shaking it.
