If it was the bondsman, Tony, he stated several times that he did not want to be in the media spotlight, so it may have been intentional to book a flight and not show, then show later after the media trucks leave. JMO

just seems like they have to many ifs for saying they are going to do something.. why dought oneself ..??? and to be this big of one.. jmo

I'll go with this except I don't think it was an accident.

oh no panthera no accident.. doing that to a person isn't an accident. even if not with the zannies i wouldn't call it an accident.. you just don't leave a person in hot car to party.. bothers me cindy said casey always keep extra set of keys in her pocket. she can remember this but not a babysitter or where her child is .. bs ask me .. thoses keys were for a reason besides just safety.. jmo

OMGosh. I guess there wouldn't be a need for a trial then.

Fox, how about going just one step further.....

Offer Casey a condition of release....

and the same for "Sgt" Drew Peterson....

"First one to get the other to confess ON TAPE...

could get a reduced sentence!

Absolutely, no one leaves a child in a hot car or gives them drugs which aren't intended for them, no matter what the quantity, without knowing how lethal it could be. I too remember that "extra set of keys". I think "Zanny" was a babysitter on a regular basis. MOO

He is a mirror image of Casey Anthony, just the wrong sex.

It was the Cowboy The Publicity Hound that was supposed to be on the 4pm flight.

Though I am not a fan of Casey's...to say the least! LOL. I don't think we have any indication that she was using drugs. Her mother is a nurse. If I was guessing I would have to think she might do some Xanax or Oxycodone. Two things the family might just have in the medicine cabinet. I would say her drug use, at the most, was recreational.

Prefacing with speculation on my part here. If we were dealing with a normal family, I would definitely say that the mother would be forthcoming and at least know that her daughter was on drugs. BUT I feel we are dealing with a family either in denial or covering up so we don't really know what they knew or didn't know. Again, just speculation on my part. IMO.

Beagle1, you are correct. In this instance the local bondsman is putting up the entire bond and then transferring it to Tony Padilla.

Sarge,
A local bondsman puts up $500,000 and then Tony P pays back the $500,000 and assumes responsibility for the bond? Is that correct?

How does that work? Does Tony give the local bondsman the cash and then the local transfers the bond to him? If she does not appear for court, then Tony loses the full amount? Sorry for so many questions. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I am only licensed in California. My surety company which is Financial Casualty and Surety will have a Florida licensed bondsman actually post the bond which will be transferred to me. Thus a transfer bond. Paladine please repeat your question if I missed it.

Sorry guys - I had to escape the computer and do family time for the weekend -- Just saw a picture of some clothes? Can anyone update me on whats happened since Friday afternoon?

Prescription drugs are one of the biggest sellers for drug dealers these days. (insert from Fandy...yes thats true) You don't need a script. And it's not hard to get one. All you have to do is tell your doc you are stressed out, etc.

This is NOT how it works.....(I teach medical ethics to senior med. students). Doctors don't just hand out a prescription on a patient's whim. Most times a physician will only hand out a prescription for a narcotic/controlled substance after other options are first taken and then, only in a LIMITED amount with no refills.....

(sigh), unless of course you are my EX who will write me anything I ask for...but that s not how it is taught....We really stress a code of professionalism in american medical schools.

probably going to be the clothes in the park, but maybe something actually new?

guess i'll go turn on Fox ---

maybe he decided to wait to see what this hurricane was going to do before flying into Florida - I sure would!!!
