I bet I could find so many more where he never, ever alludes to drowning. I still say, this sexual abuse crap came up after the jailhouse letters.

Found another video of Baez on 12-10-08 talking about not getting tips. ??? Really?

I think it would be great to gather all video's and interviews of this media hound until we find the point where the DT decided to go with the drowning theory. I guarantee it will be ONLY after Casey opened the door of a huge lie when the jailhouse letters come out.

If it was premeditated, there would have been a burial or disposal spot already designated. So if the murder weapon is tape, was there signs that Caylees hands were tied up so she couldnt rip it off?

Premeditation can be 5 years, months, days, hours, or minutes before a murder.
There was a 4th piece of duct tape, longer than the others and not with the skull, found at the scene.

ok, I am taking back my leaning towards this theory of drowning in the pool. I was just going over "acandyrose"s chronology and saw something that I was unaware of. I missed the part where ICA and Caylee were seen coming out of Wal-Mart at 4pm'ish of the 16th. apparently Caylee "looked angry, and was 10 feet behind ICA"? this kinda throws a wrench into my thoughts. still doesnt convince me of anything, I was just thinking that Caylee died earlier in that day

dont claim to have read ALL of the tons of stuff out there. dont see how I missed that tid bit though

This was a statement from a Walmart employee stating that he saw Casey and Caylee in the store on June 9, 2008. The date was misreported at first as June 9 being the last day Caylee was seen. It was later corrected to June 16, 2008 when Cindy filmed Caylee at the nursing home on Father's Day when visiting. LE has verified this as true. So this report really isn't important.

I don't think Caylee died accidentally, because Casey would be more broken up about it. If Caylee is dead and Casey is not unhappy, then Casey must have wanted her dead -- if she is dead.

Exactly what I think Steadfast; think about it...how many kids are accidently killed by their parents or suffer an accident while in the custody and control of a parent and the parent fakes a kidnapping and dumps the body...but doesn't reveal the fake kidnapping to the public for over 30 days and EVEN THEN she still doesn't report the fake kidnapping until her mother does and she's "outed".??? And all the while they are just happy go lucky or as Tone said "havin' a grand ole time" even though they witnesses the accidental and untimely death of their child and perhaps were even negligent and cause it? It's just not possible.

Now...think about how many purposefully kill their children....it's sad but remember Emma Barker, that littel boy Cameron recently found in Maine - it's much more likely given her exhuberant lust for freedom and the tattoo etc. that she killed Caylee in a fit of self pity and anger at her mother and that was that. I think she was genuinely glad to be free of the burden and satisfied with the spiteful thought that she would deprive her mother from Caylee forever. It was a thorn in her side and she plucked it out.

The pool theory is a hail Mary, throw all the spaghetti you can at the wall and see what sticks for the jury.

It might work. I see Jose's problem as one of overkill...if he goes too far it will simply be unbelievable.

Some people have debunked that sighting. Apparently there is reason to believe it was an earlier day and not the 16th that the sighting was correct. I will try and find a link to that info and come back and post it.

I thought that may be the case. I dont know every detail that has been published, but think I would have heard this as close as I have been following

Not likely, Mr Baez is telling the story that his client told him, he has no obilgation to protect George, if she says he put his penis in her mouth then it is Mr Baez's job to let the jurors know about it.


If this was any other girl making such a claim everyone here would be ready to lynch the father but because its Casey Anthony it cant be true.

Except that Casey lies and Casey lies for attention and being the victim will result in people feeling sorry for her or letting her off the hook for being annoying or committing wrongful acts. Casey instinctively knows how to work everybody in her family and most of her friends to get things going her way and to avoid responsibility and accountability. It's her gift.

What it actually looks like Pax, is that the defense sees that the story of Caylee and Casey has gaping holes, like a non-existent nanny, job etc. in addition to some kind of explanation (other than the obvious; that she was indeed happy to be rid of the burden) for her frolicing behavior while her daughter is "missing".

Then the jailhouse letters surface with Lee and George being accused of molestation and now what they do it concoct a story to fill the holes in their defense. I'm not kidding. I know you are going to say attorneys don't do that but I got several that say yes they do...it's not right but they do it and it will lend NO sactions so they are in the clear to do it because they want to WIN. It's not about the truth. Swear that my attorney professors have said that. BTW I'm officially a 3L now


Here's why I might believe "daddy molested me" from many other girls other than Casey: 1) She's a compulsive liar 2) victims of sexual abuse would not leave their child, especially a little girl with the abusers.

Although Casey exhibits many behaviors that exist in those who are sexually abused in incest cases; THE SAME TRAITS ARE EQUALLY PRESENTED IN SOCIOPATHIC PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN SEXUALLY ABUSED.

Sorry Pax, to know a sociopath is to be forever changed by the experience. They look like everyone else but they are of a species we cannot ever wrap our brains around.

i googled him and saw that he was on the prosecutions witness list, as far as I went with that. not sure when "acandyrose" created that timeline, or how far that report went though. eh, realizing that I dont know as much about this case as I thought. lots of names I had not heard of in that time line. phone calls, texts etc.

this is what I have been trying to say myself. dont know if I believe the incest story or not, but I really think she has major mental issues. i dont believe she planned anything, and still think it an accident. "a species we cannot ever wrap our brains around" is a good statement. we cant imagine not calling for help, or covering something like this up, or how powerful denial can be.

I think we would have heard about it already if she did. And she would have little reason to have done so, given the duct tape and the baby being dumped in a field. Why would she think the baby was a drowning victim?
