I'm trying to keep my posting to a minimum, since i was "jumped" on last night and told that if I didn't know enough about this case, I shouldn't be here.

Wow.. well I dont claim to be an expert either. But this isa forum to discuss our thoughts and opinions and I don't see anything wrong with that. I may be new in comparison to a lot of the "pros" on here, but I think my opinion is just as important as anyone elses' and I am sure others would want to hear my opinions..

There's certainly are a lot of rentention ponds thats for sure! Since Casey "knew" that area pretty well and was at the pool, I was thinking the dumpster is located there at Sutton. SHe might've taken some of Caylee's things and threw them away over there. I'm so glad you caught that DianeB about the employee and Clint! That's exactly what I was zeroing in on but I thought I was going a bit nutty--so many details and lies, so much time has gone by.

I wish those non-Orlandoans could see this area! It is riddled with rentention ponds, lakes, etc. (Most of our lakes were actually sinkholes at one time here). Right off/near Lake Conway Road you have Little Lake Conway and Big Lake Conway. Sawgrass has retention ponds. Heck, there are lakes and ponds all up and down from the airport to Winter Park! At least the airport ponds and lakes are *remote* and ideal for disposing of a body while the other areas are not remote (and many retention ponds have fences around them). I guess what I'm saying is if you're looking for a pond, lake or a random dumpster the pickin's are not slim! I am guessing if a perp was to dump a body he or she would pick a dumpster, lake or pond as remote and far away from them as possible.

The State Attorney's Office just released more than 400 pages of court documents -- including arrest reports, transcripts of interviews with witnesses, poems on MySpace and pictures of Caylee as part of the Casey Anthony case.

According to the Orange County Corrections Department, Anthony is allowed to leave her home at the following times: Wednesday: Attorney visit. Out at 10 a.m. Return by 4 p.m. Friday: Attorney Visit. Out at 10 a.m. Return by 4 p.m. Sunday: Church. Out at 10 a.m. Return by 2:30 p.m. (weekly until further notice) Sept. 2: Case Manager visit. Out at 12:30 p.m. Return by 3:30 p.m. (weekly case manager visits will be on Mondays but will be on Tuesday next week due to a county holiday)

Check back for updates on the content of the court documents.

I don't suspect or not suspect her....don't know enough to draw a conclusion at this stage, IMO. I just can't see how we can write her out of the picture without knowing more, and based on a 30 second tv video interview of her.

Well that much is true. No matter how you view her. She's going to be a major player, IMO.

hang on, think I completely misunderstood-aren't they talking about "photos of a dumpster", not the dumpster itself as it is today but as it was when photo taken (by casey, george?, someone else?) and that photos were on a CD or something? Maybe I listened to it wrong

IMO, they are referring to pics that LE has put on a CD. There is a dumpster pic on the CD, supposedly, with a pic of contents as well.

I have seen mention several times about a sex abuse charge, I have searched and searched for the original post that generated the discussion but have had no luck.

If the sex abuse charge is coming from the court records on the entry of 8/22/08, I do not think this means there is a charges of sex abuse. I think it just means that department has been informed, because it deals with child neglect. If someone has more information, please direct me to a link. Thanks!

this was considered ages ago when people wondered why a sex crimes person was at the house and then we were told t was because she was also a missing persons expert or something

Ive personally noticed a few people who've been getting a little "catty" lately.........and have found myself not giving my opinion or asking questions during certain times of the day anymore.........

I admit I have been getting very frustrated lately myself. Sorry if it appears I am being "catty" to people. Not meaning to be really, but it is frustrating that people conveniently seem to forget there are facts to this case which are the basis for the initial charges here. I know everyone has their theories, but we (WSers who have spent eons here working on case after case) are used to working within the known facts of a case to arrive at various theories and to arrive at the correct conclusions to solve any case. No disrespect meant from any of us old timers, but it is just how we go about trying to find the ultimate truth. You start with the truth in facts and work from there.

Hope this helps to explain we aren't just being mean or anything...because we really aren't mean people at all. We are kindhearted, compassionate, and eager to find the answers to bring Caylee home.

Yes, ya gotta love Judge Strickland. He sure is not buying a thing Ms. Casey has said.
He said something about the truth and Ms. Anthony being strangers, but I can't remember it exactly. I am sure someone else here could quote it though.
