I am curious as to why LE just doesn't shut her in a room and just interrogate her for days if they have to....

Didn't George just start a new job and dad to report to work. It just struck me odd that no one has seemed to fill in that blank time with George. Cindy went and picked up Amy, George called Lee to go to the house so was he out looking for other friends. I would think that if LE had anyt doubts about George they woudl be up his arse. The trunk was opened at the tow lot and no body. There is a witness for that, so when did the body get moved out of the trunk.

It is amy's car; she begins to explain that she doesn't have an insurance card yet because she was waiting for a permanant address to have it mailed to and says 'I'm sorry" The officer replies that he will just run her through and do a check.

Also did anyone notice that CASEY WAS DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE. One of the documents days "no insurance on file ' For the vehicle.

Clint gave an interview saying it was definitely after the 9th and he couldn't understand how she could not have been seen since the 9th

The seat in the back is a bench seat. It does fold down (forward) and yes there is access to the trunk. There is a latch (mine doesn't work) however, you can still push the seat forward from the trunk.

This is an established fact which tells me they were covering for her long before they called LE and it also tells me that they believe that Casey is capable of killing and burying Caylee.

Hence Cindy's sociopath comment.

They only called LE after the felt that had cleaned up and or destroyed enough evidence. They didn't call because the information was new to them AT ALL.

I used to think that but after reading those documents I have changed my opinion

I agree with you i think they had weeks to prepare.Do you remember the one phone call between Casey and Lee when he said something to the effect(look what you have been putting mom through the past few weeks.Thats a true sign that mom was going through something for a few weeks.IMOO

After reading his statement, I think he had really called her on the carpet about all the lies and what in the world was going on (in what must have been a conversation post everything blowing up on the 15th and when she was taken in on the 16th) and that she was realizing her world was crumbling around her and wanted to "make things right" with TonE realizing she had little support elsewhere.

From what Amy, Ricardo, and TonE all said, she was quick tempered and didn't seem to take well to teasing, etc., I can't imagine her accepting TonE's confrontation about her actions and lies super well and her being mad...until she realized she was being hauled off to jail and no one was buying her stories.

I think it was a last ditch attempt at getting someone to "rescue" her.

Tacky, yes. Cashing in on the hype, sure. That her age-peers would take the time to show up at Casey's house to remind her of what they (and most of the rest of the world) think of her? Makes me smile.

And this is America. Padilla was way out of line to let his irritation goad him into touching anyone or anything. Loose cannon, indeed!

I am sure clint and others had follow up inteviews with LE after the date of the 16th came out.
 
also i can't believe how many no-answers / "uh-huhs" BEFORE she lawyered up. send her to egypt for questioning, i don't think ms. casey would like waterboarding.

jmo, sorry if thats too offensive. but grrrrr

she hadnt stolen enough money to come up with the full amount of insurance
that was due
i mean, thats what she was stealing all the money for... to be compliant
