Just finished watching Greta's show about the case.

I live high in the mountains, the air is thin, I was dropped on my head as a kid a lot, I eat crappy food, so I am assuming due to the above I misheard when Cindy Anthony said:

CASEY IS GOING TO BE NAMED MOTHER OF THE YEAR WHEN THE TRUTH COMES OUT

Or words to that effect.

Did I hear correctly or is it the high altitude, dropped on my head, crappy diet problem again???

Poor Cindy, could she fall any deeper into denial than she already is?

Sure wish I could go down there and make a visit to " the mother of the year"! Someone needs to sit down and tell that girl to stop the crap!
And for once, just lay it all out and tell the truth of what really happened.

Ya know this may be ther_beatingA_Dead but, I still can't understand why these grandparents, who obviously were very involved with this child's life, and basically were helping raise her, would find it normal to have never met a babysitter (excuse me, nanny)....

I was wondering how Casey would have explained Caylee's disappearance if not for her mother Cindy's intrusion. Perhaps Casey would have concocted a story that didn't involve the mythical ZG at all. Perhaps Casey got blindsided by her mother's sudden and unexpected interjection into the case, and Casey's simultaneous realization that the abandoned car was towed earlier and now back with the grandparents. Perhaps Casey was suddenly pressured to come up with an explanation for LE on the spur of the moment and, because she did not plan for this eventuality, ended up spinning an absurdly unbelievable tale involving a person (ZG the nanny) that was never intended to play a role in Casey's intended alibi.

The flip side to this theory is that even if Casey would have been able to present the nanny-less alibi she intended to without having her rhythm thrown off by Cindy's intervention, the matter of the nanny would have still been the subject of LE inquiry, if only to account for Casey and Caylee's recent whereabouts and social connections. Perhaps under that circumstrance, Casey would have fessed up to fabricating the nanny because of Casey's relationship with Cindy.

So why did they wait two weeks?! The car was picked up on June 30th. The certified letter would have gone out the next day. The postman would have delivered it on July 2nd. He would have left the first notice. He would have tried again to deliver it on July 3rd or July 5th and left the second notice. So they waited TEN days after that to go get the certified letter telling them their car had been impounded? Why?

I think they said something about being out of town for a few days, then when they got the letter the next day was a holiday, blah, blah, blah

Oh, but they claim those photos weren't taken while Caylee was missing!! The problem is she's in the blue dress with black boots and the photographer said it was taken 6/20.

what the... ?! Being objective, and assuming Casey is innocent of not harming her child... there is still no way in heck I would call her Mother of The Year! and that is without even considering her clubbing, social life, or lying. SHE IS NOT A "MOTHER OF THE YEAR". RIDICULOUS!

And to back that up, her myspace postings have her asking all her buddies to come out to Fusion and join her....all around that time frame!

I bet they could check with the other female in the photo to confirm it further (I did hear the photographers confirm it tho). She would probably be glad to talk since she was supposed to be the "eye candy" for the bar that night. She wouldn't mind "putting herself out there" for the world and her extra fifteen seconds since they didn't show her face before. LOL

I just on Geraldo the interview where he asks Cindy about Caylee's dad. She says he is dead. That she read the obit, but can't recall his last name. Good grief! Like you wouldn't know the last name of your grandbaby's daddy...especially when his life was taken so tragically. That is totally ridiculous!

TxRose, I don't think they had anything to do w/ Caylee's disappearance, or covering it up, either. I feel terrible for what they are going through, but I think they are making things even harder on themselves by the way they are handling it now.

agreed....and as usual to the last sentence. mind boggling really.

In MY opinion only, I think they were involved and do know what happened to Caylee. They are all covering up something huge.

I just wanted to thank everyone that watched the Caylee Tribute I made.

OTHERWISE I don't think we would be here. Lets all pray for a miracle and hope this dear sweet angel comes home soon!!!! Happy 3rd Birthday Caylee where ever you are!
